Hello, somebody erased what I wrote about them here in Yelp just now. This is my second review. Everything started when they canceled my appointment next day or two and they said I did, I did NOT, so confusing, they did it!! It was aprox on February/12/2024. Today on March/03/2024 I texted them and they texted me back telling me I am not a good prospect for the Gym. A friend of mine referred me here and I was aware about the montly $200.00 Dls every two weeks or $400.00 Dls montly. They owner need to know the way his people do business. "Karma always take care of us the way we are with people". I'll go with people who appreciate me and respect me. I am not spending my money with arrogant and people who doesn't know what they are doing. A friend of mine referred me to them but I never understood the way they do business. Move on because you are not the best place for me!! Bye :/

I wanted to give this gym, more stars, but when there is no follow-through, and when the machines are broken and cause injury, it's very hard to. One of the pins wasn't attached which caused a bar to fall down on my head, and when I explained this to the staff, I was received with deer in the headlights eyes ! They're lucky my injury wasn't worse or that I wasn't older and more frail The promise of a 30 minute free training session to go over all the equipment still hasn't materialized. My name has now been put on the list for the third time and the other two times. It was crossed off, miraculously saying that yes I had been called. I Wear an Apple Watch. I get alerts and notifications for everything, no one called . There's no way I would use this gym if there were anything better in the area, get your act together five star ! Or should I say get your act together one star Fitness Update ; spoke to Jack on front desk. He was the only one there trying to help. My name was crossed off their list for the 3rd straight time with another note saying they called and left a message Outright lies, I wear an Apple Watch and haven't missed any freaking call !

A little update. I have been going for 8 months now. I would read my first review as well. But the only thing that I haven't liked recently is that it's been very dirty and it looks like no one has been cleaning it. Besides that everything else is good besides the teenage problem but I have been going in the morning now. The workers are really nice and always have been!

FOR CLIMBERS (showers)If looking for a place to shower this does the job. Nothing fancy no shampoo/condition/body wash/towels. Small showers but plenty of hot water.$15 entry fee

Have been going to this gym for 3 months only because there not another one closer. This gym has decent weights but it is tremendously dirty. The men’s locker room has been the same since I joined. Dirty, broken lockers, etc. we have to pay a maintenance fee so where is that going to? Definitely not for the locker rooms or the weights. The photos I added it has literally been the same since I started.

Alright gym but machines are constantly out of order. They'll randomly close at 2pm or 5pm with no warning or explanation so your best bet is to go before two or they might be closed. Two towers have been out of order since I've started working out here (two months ago) with no sign of them being fixed which is unfortunate because they don't have many to begin with. Attachments are bent and not in good condition. This isn't really the fault of the gym but I've never been to a gym with worse gym etiquette from the members. Kids will swarm machines and will stand a foot from you while doing a set. Staff is friendly for the most part

This place could really use some new management. There's cracked mirrors, worn down bench padding, missing pins for both the weights and adjusting seat settings, 6 broken lockers in the mens room, the bathrooms are always dirty, dirty water fountains, there are always a few out of order machines, no soap at the sink, many grips are all worn down and the cable machines don't have smooth cables. At first I thought these were temporary things, but many of them have lasted for months. At $35/mo it's not even that cheap, but either way, I'd be embarrassed if I was the owner or even staff. There is always a good amount of people there, so I don't understand how they cannot fix these things and pay the staff better to ensure they actually clean properly. Also, my credit card had fraud on it, so I cancelled it a few days before my auto pay was due. They immediately billed my account $30+ as a fee for the auto-bill charge being declined. They claimed that the fee was from the credit card processor they use, but what kinda shady processor are they using? On the plus side, the guests are all nice.

The staff is amazing they are very engaging and will help you if you ask. The equipment is great and is usually inundated with people which is good but bad when you want to use it. I mostly use the cardio machines but now I have started using the strength training machines and it is going quite well. Instead of getting a trainer, I use one on my phone. It is just as effective.

Buyer beware! While I am glad to have a gym in our community, their billing system is terrible. If you pay through a credit card withdrawal, the system isn't dependable. If you become late, you aren't notified via email, and the charges pile up. The clerks have let me walk in, not checking the status and the fees mount. Finally, when told, I quickly paid, including late fees. I believe they are starving for money, so they have little reason to improve their process. Most gym equipment works, and the gym is clean. Stop when checking in and make sure they haven't messed up your membership.

I travelled to Yucca for a week and paid for a weekly pass of $45, and ended up using it for about 20 minutes before I had to run home due to an emergency. Unfortunately my circumstances wouldn't let me return for the entire week before I left the state. I called and explained and told them I'd be happy if they could refund the remainder of the week, but I'd be happy to pay the $15 for when I did use the gym for one day. The guy on the phone said "sorry, no refunds." I asked where I signed a no refund policy or where it shows a now refund policy and he said "that's just the policy man. Sorry. Hope to see you again some time." So yep, I paid $45 to workout for 20 min. Nope, won't be seeing me! Terrible service.

Still trying to bill even though I closed my account and paid all dues. Was too busy to go to their facility for months.They love that free money. While body shaming bros make toxic comments about patrons.

Joined this gym in 2019 and it was a totally different experience back then. We were always greeted with smiles, the staff seemed much more engaged and the place was always spotless. It's been a downhill trajectory since then. The management has seemed to change hands more than once, the place gets dirtier every time we walk in and the equipment is perpetually breaking down, Time to find a new place that can run a broom over the floors and a vacuum over the floor work rug.

great gym, absolutely loved the equipment , great lighting , good bodybuilding gym , great cardio equipment
