Unfortunately, I don't know how well Shelley does ones taxes. I do know you shouldn't even bother finding out if you're not an existing client. I was referred here and called ahead of the tax deadline for an appointment and was told she was booked and going on vacation in May and to call back around memorial day for an appointment. I called back today and was told she was all booked and they didn't know when she would have an appointment. Seemed very strange but the message is clear, they don't want new clients.

The polished interior of the business office was impressive but we discovered that was "smoke and mirrors". After preparing our taxes and filing electronically, we received a letter from Oregon Department of revenue that our figures were off. the sweet receptionist assured us Shelly would return our calls ( note the plural "CALLS") regarding the errors she made. Well that DIDN'T happen . We ended up driving to the office. fast forward to Tax day (April 18) and Oregon withdrew THREE times the amount from my bank account. Phones calls go out to Shelly again to which the sweet receptionist informed us : " Oh Sorry Shelly is gone for a month". How convenient . Not only will we not return to Abbot next year, but we will tell "Yelp" and many others that, after taking a huge fee for services , services were NOT rendered. my wife and I feel cheated by this company. Not even as much as an apology is coming forth for gross calculating errors. We are retired on a fixed income and we were taken advantage of. If I could I would not even give one star.

This is a top-notch company. Shelly and the staff went the extra mile to assist us with a pressing tax issue. Shelly and staff are friendly, available, efficient, and professional. Highly recommended.

Shelly Abbott is an amazing tax professional and goes above and beyond for her clients. We are a military family with a rental property in a different state from the state where we have our residency which is different from the state where we currently live. Shelly seamlessly navigated the complexities of all our investments and the tangle of independent contracting working I did in the same year I took a job working full time in California. When tax issue from previous years filed by an inferior tax company popped up, Shelly gracefully handled the convoluted mess and got our family through tax issues I was in no position to understand or fix. Shelly is thorough, smart, and extremely efficient! I wouldn't take my taxes anywhere else.

First and foremost, never ever go have your taxes done here! They way over charge you! They tell you they are there to help you, they don't! When they tell you they will file extensions for you they don't! They do not explain anything to you but only lie to you! And Shelly Frazer has the worst attitude and customer service I have ever experienced! Do not and I mean do not have your taxes done there! A monkey could give you better service!

Shelly Abbott has taken care of all of our company's tax needs since 2004 . We highly recommend Shelly and her team. I have never had any sort of issue our problem. very efficient and always has time to answer any questions.
