We had an agreement with G+K Propane that Amerigas took over from to call the house before they do delivery. So far Amerigas has not done that. Your customer service is a joke. Extremely poor customer service!

Attempted to call about the rate lock program and was hung up on the first time and had a great deal of difficulty understanding the representative the second time.

this is a company who only goal is to take your money, make giant promises about your safety, and then do exactly the opposite and charge you full price big time!
Oh and avoided speaking to Brian the Amerigas "Supervisor" as deception is his game.
False Promises.
I spoke with AmeriGas about filling my tank on a home I have just moved into. They assured me that it was very important that they schedule an appointment and have someone come out and check all of the gas outlets for leaks and make sure they were safe before filling the tank and that they would start the pilot light for me given how dangerous it would be for me to do on my own.
Bait and Switch:
My partner gave them my credit card and they were quick to charge me full price and filled the tank without any notice when I didn’t even know they were coming. I didn’t even see them while they were there. once they had my money, they claim that they would never be responsible for checking for leaks or lighting a pilot light, etc. They sent a document in the mail in writing stating that they would absolutely do a leak check and everything I just said. This is the oldest game in the book bait and switch and it’s really scary that if done wrong could blow up this house.
Took $$$$$ and weeks later - and NO heat, No hot water, NO stove, NO dryer, NO dishwasher and it's been weeks!!!
Called Amerigsd fort the 6th time and Allegedly they come and filled my tank, though I don’t have a drop of paperwork or any indication that that has happened except for the charge on my card. Again I was told my presence was required in order for a technician to fill my tank no exceptions they said...a few thousand bucks later and no tecnitian,no leak check, and no hotwster, no heat, no stove, no dryer!
Shame on you AmeriGas for making promises to keep customers safe and then absolutely providing none of those services at all!
This company is scary, dangerous, and careless, and only interested in the money! If you have any other choice in getting your propane tanks filled for your home, please. I urge you to choose any other company other than Americas .

People in your offices just don't know what they're doing. When I call no one seems to understand what I'm talking about my worker told me you do accept Heap which I know you do cuz I've had it for several years not recently my heat has been through this year and I called to order it I was told that you no longer take it train your employees if they don't know the answer to the question they should ask someone not just make up an answer I'm very upset of you

Very poor customer service overcharging me for 8 months on my bill called so many times times nobody helped me, they said they would nothing ever happended never talked to anybody from the Unites States all overseas customer service, I'm reporting Amerigas to the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered the propane online so had no contact With Amerigas until delivery. Our driver was awesome. Polite, friendly and knew what he was doing. He had no problem maneuvering his truck on our property. Filled the tank and left. He opened and closed the gates without a fuss. Thank you!!
