Grand Central Storage is one of the most downhome, friendliest places in the valley. Tim is amazing and heartwarming. their prices cater to the elderly who may be in need the most, Try them out I highly recommend them by far !!!

Well I didn’t get very far since the guy I spoke with was so unpleasant, rude, and condescending that if Grand Central Storage was the only option in the entire desert, I still would never rent from them.

I simply can't express enough praise for Grand Central Storage. I had 2 large units there for the better part of 5 years after my mother's stroke. I'd passed it many times over the years living in Yucca not thinking anything of it. I met Tim a few times when I moved our stuff in, and Jason when I recently moved it out.Nothing less than proper hometown professionalism and courtesy. Not something you find often in the world anymore.The prices, sense of security, communication, and overall interactions with these guys was above and beyond.If you've read this far and are looking for place to store your stuff, just stop, you've found it. The people that run this place are the nicest. I had to wait for a unit, but it didn't take too long. They stayed in touch with me. The unit was clean and they give you a free lock.

Tim and Jason are customer service rockstars and genuinely nice guys who give back to their communities in many ways. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and the one time I found a small hole in the roof, it was repaired the same day. I've stored elsewhere, and had rodent evidence...but so far, NOT at Grand Central Storage. The pricing is very competitive and a great value.
