“I love this gym! I stayed in the Yucca Valley area for a month and decided to try CrossFit for the month I visited. I love the community here and the workouts were challenging. I am actually sad to go home! The coaches remembered my name and always made me feel at home.
If you are intimidated by the thought of CrossFit- don’t be! It is difficult but they let you work at your level and pace. I also loved how many women were in all of the classes I went to.
Highly recommend :)

“A little update. I have been going for 8 months now. I would read my first review as well. But the only thing that I haven't liked recently is that it's been very dirty and it looks like no one has been cleaning it. Besides that everything else is good besides the teenage problem but I have been going in the morning now. The workers are really nice and always have been!”

Viva offers an abundance of support and options from knowledgeable staff and trainers to daily top notch classes to personalized plans. The owner is the absolute kindest with a heart to help. She has gone above and beyond to support, care and accommodate me.
There is much to love about this gym.”
