Didn't answer the phone when I called so I drove 25 minutes to this shop to find out that they take a lunch hour between 12-1 pm where their store is closed to the public. I recommend adding your lunch hours to google to prevent any wasted traveling time

Called looking for a piece of glass. Call the three times got voicemail three times and was promised that they would call back and never did.

I didn't even get a call back so I can't tell you if they are any good. I ended up using M&K Stained glass who were VERY responsive and did a great job.

I called them many times and James owner said he would come and he never came and I called them maybe 10 times but they lied and never did. We don’t appreciate his lies, I wouldn’t call them ever again

Amazing! We called them for a repair on a very old window... not only were they able to come out to look at it the same day we called, they were able to find the obscure part we needed and replace it that same day as well. 10/10 would recommend

Professional, courteous, fair, kind, quick, tidy, respectful and every other thing customers deserve..... and it all happened the SAME DAY we called. Unbelievable in this day and age. I accidentally broke a sliding glass door a day before I had to leave town and Hi Desert Glass came the the rescue. Highly recommend this company. Thanks Edie and Juan Jim Fischer and Family
