I have been with this company for 8 years. When I opened my the women made a very rude comment about my source of income being social security. I called to complain about being discriminated against. No comment. I then applied for a credit card ( I have numerous cc and great credit) i asked them why I was denied and the man said "get your husband to get the card for you" so basically as a women i cant get my own credit card? The latest incident was a dispute. I filed a dispute because i tried to purchase something from e bay but it was a duplicate charge and I was having an incredibly hard time getting in touch with e bay. I called the dispute center and they started to continually LIE TO me. They never contacted me to tell me they denied my dispute. They never gave me a chance to tell my story. I called and told them why did they close my dispute? The women told me i should have called. They then sent me the papers to tell my story they have me 4 days during the holiday season. I faxed them the chat with ebay saying they would return the items ( one was a duplicate item the other broken) i received another letter denying my claim. I called the dispute and spoke with a supervisor who said she never got the fax and to send it again. I then called Frontwave to speak with Claudia and told her that it was wrong what they were doing. From what she said, seems like she knew the information I had sent in the fax. They were LYING to me about not receiving the fax. This is a terrible credit union. They are no better than a for profit bank!! If your cheated with you debit card, you are on your own. I lost 400.00 because of this. Wish I had known earlier. I am reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, the Consumer Protection Bureau and anyone else I can. The BBB gives them. 1 star by the way. But I dont thenk they care. They can act really nice but when ot matters..they will not help you it takes forever to get customer service. I was on the phone for hours. Customers need to be aware the companies are full stop cheating people now. We need consumer protections!!

They print out your card there and anytime I had a problem or issue with my account it was handled completely.

Frontwave Credit Union is the best. I really feel at home in the Yucca Valley branch and have referred a friend who opened accounts there and is pleased with them as well. Every staff member I have met there has gone overboard to get me whatever I needed and they are all unpretentious and friendly as well as helpful.

By far the worst decision ever made!!! My son just starting out purchasing his first vehicle and this CU as screwed him making it impossible for him to get things straightened out in a timely manner. We chose them despite all the terrible stories we heard and now we are in regret!! He had no idea his insurance ran out, he thought an annual policy actually meant a year. So Frontwave tact on their BS fees. He now has insurance (we had to help him financially) he works a FT job but the amount this Cu is asking is ridiculous!! My husband went in and spoke to them and they told him if my son had current insurance and paid the fees for May they would remove the CPI. He paid the fees took the proof and now they refuse to remove the CPI and still want him to pay $ 3000 they said they would remove! Now if it's not paid they will report it to the credit and his payment goes up an additional $500 or repo it!! STRONG ARMING TACTICS!!! I will say it and hope people listen!!! DO NOT USE FRONTWAVE do not let your friends and family be screwed by this CU! There are many other credit unions you should consider before using these people!!!!

Been with this bank for a few years and recently lost my business completely due to no one contacting me before adding 4k to my car loan because my deductible was too high as if this is any of these business have the best coverage money can buy so this should not have ever been an issue especially if they would of called and told me instead I wake up too 4k added to car loan and had the deductible switched in 5 mins lazy people working here I would highly recommend people go elsewhere!

**It's almost impossible to understand customer service over the phone, because they are outsourced.**I have been with Frontwave Credit Union for 5 years now, and I have done most of my banking at this branch in Yucca Valley. There are some things about having an account with Frontwave that I enjoy, but I realize I would be able to get those at other credit unions, too.I originally joined Frontwave as Pacific Marine, and I was referred by a family member to sign up. There are very limited locations of this credit union, and depositing money around the country is difficult unless you are in proximity to a military installation.This location is decent, but the people that work here aren't friendly, and it leaves a lot to be desired. I prefer to use the ATM, but there is about a 25% that it will be broken at any given time.

Great service inside the bank. But the atm has not been taking deposits after hours recently. On 5 different nights in the past month, the atm won't take deposits. There aren't any other locations nearby to go to. It's becoming very frustrating.

They are a great banking institute and Sal Nunez and Krislyn Medina have both gone out of there way several times to make sure all my banking needs were completely exceeded. They are both a great asset to this company and I will bank no where else. Please thank both of them for their great customer service.

I come here once a week every week and the whole staff is so welcoming! Heather is always so sweet and her customer service exceeds all expectations! They're fast and efficient but at the same time will go the extra mile to make sure you leave with a smile ?

From start to finish I was able to quickly and efficiently open an account with Frontwave in Yucca Valley two days ago. I thought I would just come in to enquire but they said I had all the info I needed and I was able to immediately get the ball rolling and had my debit card in a few minutes. Krislyn and her colleague at the teller windows were really kind and helpful and made it a really simple process to become a member. I'm so grateful for the ease of the process. Thanks all!
