Y'all are real salty. While, yes, I found the limited daily hours to be a challenge, it didn't make banking here impossible.The thing I like most about this bank is the time they are willing to take with you to explain things and help you out. When my dad was sick they helped me figure out how to ensure his financial obligations were met. I genuinely appreciated the personal touch.

Excellent old fashioned Bank with excellent service. Staff are friendly and welcoming every time we go into the branch. We feel like family.

Let's start with the obvious. They close at 4pm so no availability, they are not open on the weekends, they do not offer a banking app, they have odd banking practices, if there is more then a few people in the bank you will wait in line, and they mainly enjoy catering to big businesses not the average customer. They have a high minimum balance to not have a monthly service fee which is not ideal for non for profits, booster clubs, or the average customer. In my opinion current management has discriminatory practices against disabled and former employees. If you are the average consumer DO NOT BANK HERE! I have had now two accounts closed without my knowledge, without proper notice, and not so much as a courtesy phone call. They will not work with you or fix their mistakes. A HORRIBLE BRANCH MANAGER! They have a few good employees but that is about it.

I went in to deposit my check into my account. Turns to find out, they turned off my account without notifying me. I was upset and asked why, I had money in account. I told them I haven't been in for 3 months, bc I was dealing with medical issues. They say they didn't care. I will never bank here again, I'm banking somewhere else. Somewhere who are polite and kind to their customers.

The lady's at the Yucca Valley branch are awesome , extraordinary customer service , they go out of there way to answer all your questions, and they have a excellent merchant banking services

Went there to close out my fathers account due to his death. He opened the account because he loved to save money. The cashier looked at me like I was taking something that wasn't mine. I understand about checking ID and everything, however it felt like I was being integrated. I couldn't keep the account open due to me living 4 hours away and they are not a national bank, so I can't take out money at any ATM. And my sister and brother just couldn't wait till they got their share.

Awesome bank. They are always friendly and helpful, and always remember me when I come in and ask how things are going. Much better than some of the big branch banks that just want to get to their next customer.
