I had an appointment, so I was called in almost immediately upon arrival. Bridget is a highly skilled phlebotomist, and she managed a truly painless needlestick. I'd recommend this Quest to anyone.

I will never use another quest again.
Bridget was fine as a phelbotomist. I think my issue is stemming from her registering my labs under a house account. It seems due to this my labs are seriously delayed. Im supposed to have surgery tomorrow and this will cause a delay in my treatment.
To top it off it seems quest over all doesnt believe in customer service, nor I or my doctors office can get in touch with a person to work through this issue.
Extremely frustrating experience..

I rarely write reviews and going in for lab work isn't always something you look forward to, but Bridget is such a kind and caring person with a warm heart that Quest Diagnostics is blessed to have her in their employ and her presence makes the process one that's easily bearable. Thank you Bridget for your gentle demeanor.

The technician, Bridgit, at Quest diagnostics in Yucca Valley, drew my blood expertly. She was kind, patient and very good at her job! Keep her on staff for sure!

Checked in as a walk-in at 11am on December 8, 2023. I was second on the walk-in list on the screen. I went outside to put something in my car, I get back and the door is locked. I wasn't outside more then a minute. I check the time and it's 11:12am. They close at 11:30. I waited 20 minutes waiting for someone to come out or they let me in. Nothing!!! My name was still on the screen. There was still 1 walk-in ahead of mean. I usually use LabCorp, but since I saw Quest diagnostics was another option I decided to give the a try. Absolute waste of time. I ended up head over to LabCorp.Not sure if it is lack of employees, but that was very unprofessional. There were still two people waiting in the waiting room when I walked back to my car.

I've been using Quest for all my bloodwork for 10+ years. Having used Quest in Kansas City, MO, Palm Springs, CA , Yucca Valley CA , San Jose, CA, Southbury CT and Miami Beach, FL (yes I've live all over) they've all been really great. Much better than Lab Corp by far! Some of my pcp aren't set up to send bloodwork electronically to Quest but all you need is a printed copy, a Quest appointment although walk ins are acceptable and hand the technician your work order. They can fax it back to your pcp or you can simply by creating your Quest portal. Quick, friendly and professional is how I describe Quest.

I thought I was *done* with Quest. Overall. Especially with the nearby location's hours being tough on my work schedule. I finally had to go here and was very pleasantly surprised. Better than other "nearby" locations, actually has a front desk. The staff is great. I'll be back as long as it's to this location. Thanks for being great!
