All of the pharmacists and staff at the pharmacy are excellent with one exception. A middle-aged latina pharmacy tech with a heavier set build is so rude and dismissive, terrible customer service from her. She should not be working there if that is how she is treating patients.

I have been in chronic pain since I was 16. I have been on pain meds for years. They used to fill about a day or two early no problem never ran out then it went to one day early no problem now all of a sudden it is the exact time and date of 30 days! Today is the 31st day! I got a text saying I would receive it today! It is 5:00 PM. They close at six.! I called and they told me to come tomorrow! It pisses me off these people do not understand what happens when you run out of medication you’ve been on for years! Thank you, Rite aide. I have to go to work tomorrow and I will be sitting on the toilet at work. You’re awesome.

Pharmacy people are on the ball. I had been notified by new service of Rd refill. Person I spoke to was able to locate refill prescription, and had me on my way within 30 minutes.

Disappointed at there lack of communication with doctors and insurance it took me a week to figure out why I couldn't pick up my inhaler which I was out of. They kept billing the old insurance this has happened to me, multiple times now doctor blaming them they blam doctor no one called me back lack of care and stupid mistakes on both sides .

BEWARE of terribly lazy and careless pharmacy staff. I left the EMERGENCY ROOM on Saturday and went straight to the pharmacy. They close at 6pm. I arrived to an empty line and full staff at 5 and the woman at the counter (older middle-aged) told me they wouldn't have time to get me my medication because they needed to take care of everyone else's first. WAS DENIED SERVICE AFTER LEAVING THE EMERGENCY ROOM WHEN THE PHARMACY WAS OPEN FOR ANOTHER FULL HOUR.

They don't seem to offer the same customer service that I went here for originally at the pharmacy specifically. No more ETAs or personalized service.

Horrible service with out a care... I asked several times about a prescription my doctor sent and was told no, there is nothing. Then finally received the medication a month later with last months date on it..!

Donna was extremely helpful. Especially with promoting products on sale. Super friendly, sweet, funny, and never stopped smiling. Extremely happy with my experience with her.

The Yucca Valley RiteAid is a nice clean well stocked store and the pharmacy is staffed with at least 6 people so not a long wait. We temporarily switched over to here from Walgreens pharmacy which was simply awful.

The worst service. I always have to wait about three hours for my prescription to be ready. My prescription was send at 6:pm. At 9:30 I drive to the store to ask why it took so long and it turns out that the pharmacy area closes at 9:pm. I needed my prescription for the same day. I will definitely change to another pharmacy.

Let's do another review for the pharmacy bro what wrong with you guys did you not think my doctors assistant would not call me back to tell me what you said about me first of no I did not over use my medication I was given, I was told to use it 4 times a day. Second when someone tells u there 200+ lb and 15ml was prescribed. I don't think you should tell people that they're over using it -attached for sure will be some photos of how big the rash was and how small the tube was just for your clarification Rite Aid Maybe you guys should stop being dicks to people and maybe you should stop picking on people just because you went to high school with them or you just don't like them try to do your fucking job because I don't treat you like shit when you come into my place of work

We dropped in to get our RSV vaccinations. Thomas gave us the jabs, and he was very helpful, informative and professional. I’ll ask for him next time - he was great! ?

If you like to stand in line for icecream and never be greeted or helped...and never get icecream...this is the place to go! The entire line of people left with several employees there. Hmm. Sonic to the rescue. ??♀️
