Definitely check items you buy I bought Suavecito can of pomade and when I opened it at home it was half gone and noticeably used. I'm throwing 20 dollars down the drain and going to go back to my barbershop to be overcharged as well at least it won't be used.

I hear more bad than good when it comes to Sally's employees giving out under and over judged advice for a hair crisis. However, this was different. When I walked in, I was greeted & asked if I needed any help finding anything. I said not at the moment but I will ask if I do. I walked around an insle and was looking at a curly hair products. Then I was asked again if I had questions. So I caved and just informed what my hair does vs what I want it to do. I was ran over 8-9 products before I even knew what the 2nd product at its full potential could do. I finally came across Silk Elements Olive Shampoo & Conditioner. After using these products for 2 weeks, I dyed my hair brown. After another week of using the products, my hair has found its happy place.

I was just told that the last Nailboo Starter Kit my mother bought before i went and bought today, ripped off my mother of 30$. I very disgusted how these ladies ripped of my mother and also charged me 30$ as well. To be honest maybe I should email the CEO and tell him his store has employees that don’t follow instructions where HR under the CEO is telling them to sell for higher the amount. So this place is should be report for overcharging people to the BBB, Federal Trades Commissions as well and also get a lawyer. And make sure the business is no longer running.

Was helped my a gentleman with colored hair and a woman with reddish hair I believe, both were very helpful and very polite. Also noticed their professional attitude and friendly aura displayed towards other customers, great customer service.

There's a new worker there every month or so. The worst is there now. She has no personality at all. She's rude, if I ask a question, she just says over and over that she doesn't understand and to call corporate. It's bizarre. I went there when she was there on another day and had hoped she woudn't be there today. I was trying to ask about a certain color of hair product, she gave me contradicting answers and I just walked out and ordered the same product for more money off Amazon. I need to call corporate and see when she won't be there. As far as the store goes,it's really small. I worked at one in Long Beach. They have an okay range of hair colors,the employees there don't have any degree in hair styling so if they offer you advice, it's going to be from their own personal experience.

I love this store!! Kailee (one of the employees) is so friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. She recommended just the right products for my hair color change and explained how it's done. Excellent customer service from this young lady. Also, everything is well stocked and clean.

this is the worst sally's beauty i've ever been to. the customer service is awful, everytime i've asked for advice they have no idea what they're talking about, suggest more bleaching to be the answer to everything, and are really rude. are they trying to make my hair fall out or do they know nothing about there products ?? i am forced to go back because it's the only beauty store near me, but if i had ANY OTHER CHOICE i would go somewhere else.

Not only will the staff recommend the wrong products on three separate trips, they will also refuse to do an even exchange. My infant unfortunately shredded my receipt. The woman who sold me the product and remembered me told me there was nothing saying I actually bought it there and refused to do an even exchange of the same brand of dye, just in a different color. My hair is now fried and 7 inches shorter thanks to her advice, and I'm out well over $150.
