Worst service. Beware... They left my keys in my car with the doors unlocked over the weekend and my car was stolen off their lot. They were no help. It was beaten up and ruined for 2 weeks before the police found it. They would not even call me back after it happened. Beware of the worst service department that Jeep has.

This is the second time they have disappointed me. This was their redemption shot. And they still failed!!! I don't even know how to express my dissatisfaction. I'm dumbfounded. Both times I have just needed warranty work done. Both times I was assured everything would be taken care of. What a joke!

They don't answer the phone and the mailbox is full so you can't leave a message. Had to call another dept to get service. Unsat.

*****CONSUMER BEWARE******I was shopping for a Jeep Gladiator and saw one on the internet. It was decently priced so I called the dealership and spoke with a salesman and set up an appointment. After 5 days of trying to schedule a day and time, I drove to the dealership on 10-8-2023. Upon my arrival I was informed by the salesman the price had been increased by 4k. I was contacted by a so called sales manager who told me he was working a deal with another buyer at the higher price. While I was waiting for the so called sales manager to see me, I used the restroom, which is by the service desk. I overheard another costumer complaining loudly about his horrible experience in the service department. Listening to that a change should have been a warning sign and left the dealership but I waited to speak with sales manager. The sales manager told me he was working a deal with another buyer at the higher price, but he would work with me if I wanted to agree to the higher price. I did not agree to his offer and left the dealership. Due to my experience, I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anybody for anything and don't waste time driving to this place. I would give zero negative stars but it's not an option.

We had been looking for a jeep for my wife's birthday. We had found a jeep online at this dealer. I called and spoke to a salesman. I was quoted a price out the door that included tax title and license. We set up an appointment to drive out there from the Temecula area to buy the jeep. We arrived and test drove it. We sat down to pay for the jeep, we informed the salesman that we brought in a check from our bank as we had financed it through our bank. The salesman went to speak to manager. The manager came out and said that the price of the jeep was not correct and was higher. First he said that the salesman did not include the optionals that were on the jeep. Then said oh it's because online doesn't include tax title and license. He gave multiple excuses. When questioned why he was trying to get a payment that matched the one we have set up with our bank, he said they had to make the paperwork match to the banks. In the end we drove all that way to have the manager try and add on more money to the price. He was very rude and condescending. This dealership is horrible. The manager, a gentleman with a long dark beard, is not very professional and it was because of him that we did not sit down and work things out. Do not go here!!!!!!!!!

Typical dealership not any worse or any better than other dealerships. Having lived in the Midwest and all 4 corners of the USA I've been a customer of several dealerships. Here at Joshua Tree Jeep, I scheduled a service appointment for 7:30am for an oil change and two hours later leaving with a $92.00+ invoice. Pretty typical across the board no matter the dealership, make or model of an SUV 4X4, trucks will probably be higher. 4 tires for Jeep Grand Cherokee priced here, $1074.00, replacement of both front headlights here, $492.80 NOT including sales tax, yes you are reading correctly. The prices shown on their website DO NOT include labor charges, fees and taxes. The staff is friendly and Starbucks is across the street if you are going to wait for your vehicle.

I began my search for a new truck today and my first stop was here. And I will never go back. When I arrived, the sales person came out and greeted me and seemed nice enough and I told him I was looking for a used truck. There was a specific one I had seen on car gurus and I inquired about it. He got the keys and pulled it around for me to look at and take for a drive. I told him upfront that I had my own financing in place and I would only need to negotiate the deal and send the bank a purchase order. Once we finished the drive, we went inside and that is when everything went downhill. A woman named Suzie came to the table and said that the man helping me was fairly new and that she would be helping. Ok, fair enough. I saw there was a "credit application" form she brought over and started filling it out. Then she asked me for my social security number. I asked her why since I had my own financing. She said it was because they have to make sure I am who I say I am. Granted, she had my drivers license already. I went ahead and gave her my social security number and she continues to fill this app out. Asking me for my current address and then asked me for my previous address. And how long I had lived there. I again asked why she needed this information. She continued with her lie about California law and blah blah blah. She also said that she had been doing this job for 25 years and she knows what she's doing. I refused to give her more information about myself and she got up and walked away. After a few minutes she returned and said "we have to run your credit report to verify your identity. It is the law in California!" I then said I was done and leaving. As I was getting up, I grabbed my "credit application" off the table and she immediately told me I could not take it with me. Umm, this paper has my personal information on it and I will be taking it with me. Then I was informed by her that she would shred it. I said, "I'll shred it at home." She replied with, "it is against the DMV regulations for you to take it with you." What!!?? I shook my head and began to walk towards the door. She wanted to argue with me about it and then she stepped to block me from the door. Which she quickly realized that my German Shepard would probably not like that. I am a fully disabled veteran and I have a service dog who was with me at this time. I then walked out the door and left this place with zero intention of ever going back. Sign outside said "under new ownership!" I don't know if it's true or not but, if it is, your business will suffer significantly from this type of practices. Here's the real truth. Dealerships make money off the financing side. This trick is used by many people who want to show the buyer, "oh we ran your credit and we got you a better rate." This is to make themselves more money. They don't like cash buyers or people who already have their own financing. They lose money. So, even though they did not have my permission to run my credit, I am going to check and see if they have. If so, I will be taking legal action. Nice vehicles does not mean a nice experience or a nice place.

I have never written a review on anything, but this place deserves it. Be warned. These guys are dishonest and will try to scam you. I asked for a basic inspection on my truck before I sold it, and they tried to charge me $160 for each "diagnosis" they found on it. On top of that, they tried to bait me into overpaying for services I knew I did not need, like replacing brake pads, air filters, etc. This is a classic scam artist dealership who will prey on you for your money and try to sell you stuff you don't need. I will never do business here and will never let a friend buy or get service here either. Additionally, I believe they tried especially hard to scam me because they knew I was a Marine and thought that I did not know any better. Don't spend your money here.

Bought a used car off truecar lastnight from these people! Only one pic listed in the add! There's an antenna in the only pic listed. Noticed before purchase the antenna was broken . I wasn't worried about it. I looked at the listed car on truecar on the way home after the purchase and they broke the antenna on my way to purchase the vehicle that took me 5 hours to get to. I know that because they sent a pic the day before purchasing the vehicle on the lot with the antenna intact. What else did they brake on the way to purchase this vehicle that had no other listed photos of said vehicle? Vandalized a vehicle and sold not as advertised extremely misleading and unreliable n unprofessional

Yucca Valley & Twenty-nine Palms Jeep Dodge Chrysler OUR EXPERIENCE 3/3/23 @ approx 3pmAs we drove by, I saw a Jeep that on the way back I stopped by to look at it. Son drives me, yes driving Ms Daisy-lol. It's time to think of buying for me, replacing my Highlander Hybrid. I use a walker or wheelchair depends on how I'm doing. There's a small hill, today was a walker. After making it to the Jeep, taking a photo of the sticker. Making my way back to the top of the hill where my sons Camry Hybrid was parked. A salesman Jorge approached me an asked if I needed assistance....I told him I had seen what I came to see. He asked me if I wanted to take time to test drive-again no thank you. As we are in the car, doors shut putting on the seat belts. A large man approached my side (passenger) I opened the door, he informed me "Oh no, I want to talk with HIM" then going directly to the drivers side for my son. It was wrong thing to say to the person that is buying and has the money. When my son opened the door, I used my Sailor language to say it nicely Told him in short he said the wrong thing to the person buying. I wouldn't come back to buy anything. Again using Sailor language. He is two days new as a Manager named Nick. What a perfect role model for a manager. Sorry for the long review

2nd visiting. First time was for a oil change. Nezt, went in for my sensing light because my auto lights will not turn on at night time. I bought it in and the maintenance dept said it was the battery & they would charge $730 for new batteries. I vented to who I think is the manager & he pretty much told me batteries go bad all the time in 29palms desert. Long story short I went to O’Reillys for new batteries, put it in and still having the same issues. This car is a 2018 Jeep & no longer using this jeep place or any Jeep for that matter once I get rid of this one.Services: Auto battery replacement

We purchased a new car from this dealership in 2021 and had a great experience. It was an attempted second purchase in which they failed miserably. I made it known to our salesman that I was in the market for a pickup truck and that I'd be looking to use my Jeep as a trade-in. I was instructed to bring in the Jeep to get a trade-in value. I don't live in the area fulltime, so I made a special 2-hour trip from LA to the desert for this. When I arrived, I was told that our salesman had the day off and I was instead "helped" by another salesman who refused to give me a value for my car unless I picked a truck from their lot that I wanted. They did not have any that I was interested in at the time. So the guy insisted on rolling up several trucks that I had zero interest in and then basically accuses me of wasting HIS time. He did not listen to what I wanted - he just wanted me to buy what he wanted to sell me.Before I left, he agreed to take photos of my Jeep and relay them to the used car purchaser who would get back to me with a value. This never happened. I followed up with our salesman, the second (useless) salesman, and the sales manager multiple times and never heard back from anyone.I don't know what else I could have done to prove I was a serious buyer when I had already purchased a car from them less than a year ago. But they essentially ghosted me. I ended up doing business with a different dealership who listened to what I wanted, returned phone calls, and accommodated simple requests.I try to support Yucca Valley businesses whenever possible but I wholeheartedly regret supporting these scumbags.

I only gave a one star because 0 stars was not a possibility. I dropped my jeep off yesterday, not knowing they would be keeping my jeep all day without working on it. I informed the guy that the jeep was my only ride and I was from out of town. I was told there was an enterprise in town. On the other side of town. I walked in a town I didn't even know, in a desert town, 4.5 miles to enterprise. Just to not be able to get a service number from Dodge, from the warranty, because they had yet to diagnose the vehicle. Since I'm an out of towner, I needed a credit card which was not with me because it was back at the hotel, with no way to get there. Never had I ever had an experience as such. Its not like my husband could come to my rescue when he was in a training on base in 29, which is where I drove from to take the jeep to Dodge, where he could not have his phone. Worst experience from a dealership I have ever had. Sad part is, I still have to allow them to service my vehicle when I truly am having to have them be the ones I have to give my money to. A drop off from 9am that was scheduled days prior. I literally didn't get home till 9pm. Stranded in a town I did not know, nor did I know anyone. I truly dislike this dealership and loathe that they are the ones who still have to have my jeep and fix its issue.
