On two separate occasions the customer service was non existent. When we finally went to purchase our cashier was more interested in his cell phone then acknowledging the customer waiting to pay. Very disappointing.

We purchased a few pairs of shoes. There's a huge selection from all brands. The girl working was friendly. The store was clean and organized.

I have gone into this store twice and both occasions I left feeling sick and dizzy and nauseous due to their being no AC in this store. I could not even purchase what I went in for. Imagine living in a desert where the temperature is over 100 DEGREES and a store is too cheap to have an AC?? Also, the workers have to fan themselves with paper but what other choice do they have with that OVEN that they work in? I cannot be in there for 5 minutes so I feel bad for them. It’s hot and humid and smells like mildew. Also, what’s with the cockroaches???? Think I may have to call the city inspector. This has to be a hazardous working condition. Terrible establishment, nice workers though.

I thought this was a shoe store and not a sweat shop, it's honestly horrible how hot it was in the store. I felt especially bad for the workers who were fanning themselves with cardboard, a workplace shouldn't be like this. I couldn't even roam around the store comfortably because I was sweating from every single pore on my body, either close the store or get AC!!! Were in a heat wave for christ sakes, super mad and disappointed!

Visited here not long ago and this place is so hot! Why are there no AC? It felt like a desert in there.

I go to Shoe City in Yucca Valley about once every 4 months to buy the same pair of airwalks. I'm usually in and out. Usually met with a hello, welcome and a smile. But this last visit young lady behind the counter didn't even smile didn't even say hello or thank me after my purchase... hardly said a word. She didn't seem like she wanted to be there.
