Brought a package to ship out store was pretty busy young lady at the counter said I can leave it on the counter over by them. Two weeks later now Verizon never received my cell phone upgrade and is now going to be charging me $1000 for this phone missing because UPS did whatever with my package and never scanned it I called the store. Another young lady answered, took my name and number. Nobody’s ever called back meanwhile, I’m out $1000 phone.

Not customer friendly at all. Even with 4 people on the clock only one will be handling customers. Other UPS stores will run an Amazon return register to get the majority of the line out quickly. This store will continue to stand around or act busy in the back ground. Sometimes you'll see them building boxes at a snails pace but most of the time just chit chatting with each other.
There have been several times thst their conversations should have been said with more discretion and less profanity. I've never seen any UPS store ran with such little respect for their clientele.

My experience at this store was great! I had a couple of Amazon returns and they were very efficient and also quick with my package shipment.. The employees were very kind as well

I received the kindest service from Kendra, one of the workers while doing a amazon return. She was patient with me when i needed to print out a label, and overall was just a wonderful worker there. This ups really is a great place to send mail cause of the great workers with there always there to help motto

I try to attach a video, but it only takes the pictures wanted people to hear Leila’s aggression telling me that I am not gonna play the race card!!! But the store also has cameras hopefully it has sound… But I have video as proof! I will be posting it on other sites that will have video…I I am also notifying Amazon of my experience since the reasoning for me having to be there was returning their merchandise by their direction, They need to know how their customers are treated by a franchise whom they are paying to provide the service to them… since I was told “She had a PAID box”

I always have excellent service at this store, every single time. The staff are all so lovely and helpful and friendly, this is definitely the nicest team of employees I’ve ever come across at a UPS store. Miss Tia says thank you to everyone too, she loves to visit you !

I wanted to refrain from doing a second review but at this point I have to. It’s going on 3 months and there has been no resolution to my situation of my personal items and financial documentation being stolen after being shipped from this location. I called the store to speak to the manager and was rudely spoken to by a representative named “Ocean” after I called the store earlier and she told me that the manager would be present at 10:00AM she proceeds to tell me “I’m not here nor obligated to look up anybody’s schedule for you”. If shoe was on the other foot, I’m sure she would expect for the branch to be sympathetic. I guess this is really a message for the owner, I would suggest upon hiring you guys have a better screening process instead of hiring people to just fill a role. It seems this staff of this store are incapable of providing quality service, the only one I can vouch for is Jackie.

This place gets crazy busy but they do a great job of getting everyone in and out. Staff is helpful and friendly. I go here often and always had a pleasant experience. It's never fun to wait in line, but it is what it is, and they do their best.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I have to laugh at all these people that have horrible experiences here. I have never had anything less than 10 star service. Everyone there is great and help immensely, especially Amy. Anywho, maybe if people would slow down and not rush everything all the time and be so damn impatient, then maybe they would realize the error of their ways

I want everyone to be very aware of this. And to not waste your time Because my time was definitely wasted today. By an unprofessional who calls themselves a "notary".
Their automated system says that the notary is going to be there, and the services are from a certain time in the morning to 6 pm.
Apparently, the notary is very entitled and unprofessional and he leaves at 4 " daily".
This is what the working woman said..
I drove a long ways only to be told that He was not there during the times that he was supposed to be there according to your hours on the phone.
This office is so highly unprofessional. I definitely am going to be contacting higher ups.

Staff was laughing at me as I tried to open the locked door at 6pm while attempting to ship a package. I didn’t know the store hours. Unprofessional.
