Branch Account Manager was extremely rude. I lost my bank account due her. I have tried everything and she was asking questions like “why do you not have any funds in your account” and that red flagged me. Her vibes gave off KAREN. Her attitude was unnecessary and went back to my car. I was crying because of her also DISCRIMINATING AGAINST me having disabilities within the brain where I have a comprehension problem it deals with Mental health. She would eavesdrop on my conversations and I felt violated. It had nothing to do with her. A friend was trying to help me last time and she flat out told me a friend was not allowed to help me. I am basically jobless and use Ubereats and Doordash to be able get money cause they’re self-Employment. She didn’t like that. I was so disappointed with this bank. I have tried ways to get jobs, i was denied unemployment.

Laura (name could be spelled wrong as she had no name tag) is quite unpleasant to work with. Not only did she not have a name tag on, but after taking her time to put away her lunch order in the middle of "helping" me, she left her coin tray unattended on the desk, right by the entry door. This deficiency in demonstrating impressions of control and security left me uneasy. After about 10 minutes, she called me over to the regular teller windows. After chiding me for getting change with them but not having a business account, I tried to remind her that she had money sitting unattended but was met with an unpleasant look of irritation. Having already been duly unamused with her complete lack of urgency, unenthusiastic attitude, and obvious bias at having to assist me, I didn't press the matter. I have been a customer for 25 years and am glad I took the majority of my money out.On the other hand, Debbie, who works there, is outstanding and the only reason I choose to still bank here. She actually tries and accurately works efficiently through her customers with a smile and genuine care. Kudos to Debbie for delivering superlative customer service at our branch where other unhappy associates could care less to.

The Peter Principle personified. Not just incorrect information provided on a number of occasions, but insistence on rejecting the correct information. An inexcusable amount of time wasted listening to nonsense. Do not patronize if you value your time.

Opened an account here after being treated like dog s**t at Chase bank. From the jump they already had better customer service than I've ever dealt with at a bank. It was so easy to open an account it only took about 30 minutes and I'm still so excited to bank with them long term. I also loved the fact that they have several different free debit card designs to choose from and mine came out beautifully and they also give you a temporary card you can use right away so you don't have to go through all that trouble having to go into the branch while waiting for your debit card in the mail. So far I've had a wonderful experience I highly recommend US bank!

One of the worst banks still in business. Everything about this bank is designed to take your money. One way or another. I highly recommend not using this bank.

Been with this bank for many years. Generally 2 tellers are staffed. Get real. You make profit. Hire some more employees. The line is always this long doesn't matter which day

The service at this branch is subpar. Went in today to open another account. They are limiting access to the building to 10 people including employees. After a 20 minutes outside, we were able to enter and wait another 10 minutes inside- gotta love covid and places that put stricter requirements in place than the state uses. So when we finally see a banker after 30 minutes, we are told they will only open new accounts by appointment and to come back in 1 hour later. There were no signs or notices up at the bank that says get an appointment for new accounts. Just waisted 30 minutes to be sent away for what should be normal business for them.

I've been with US Bank since last fall when I opened an account at the Huntington Beach branch on Edinger Ave. Now that I've moved to Joshua Tree I come here to get cash at the ATM, deposit checks, and take care of other business. Today I had an appointment to get a Medallion Stamp for some stock transfers. I made the appointment online and showed up five minutes early. I waited in the line like everyone, but no one one looked for the 2 o'clock appointment, me. While inline I flagged down one of the employees to let them know I had an appointment at 2PM. I was told to sit in a waiting area. Finally the woman who would take care of my needs showed up and said they knew nothing about my appointment, yet I had an email reminder on my phone that I showed this lady. She told me that that system didn't work and I should have called. What the hell? I make an online appointment and NO ONE knows at this branch where I made the appointment? Then the woman took me to her desk and didn't like the paperwork I presented because my deceased mother's name on her death certificate was not the same as on the stockholder's accounts so she could not give me the Medallion Stamp on the stock transfer forms. So my mother was married to my father when she opened those shareholder accounts and she divorced my dad and remarried, thus with a different last name on her death certificate. I even presented the letters from the OC Probate court appointing me as executor. First the don't know about an appointment I set up on their website for this branch, then I'm given a bunch of absurd reasons why she can't put the Medallion Stamp on the forms, yet I had been depositing her checks for years in her Wells Fargo checking account under either last name and the dividend checks were always accepted without question. She also said that the letter appointing me as executor had a letter crossed out, which was wrong. Well she read the court appointment letter wrong, the letter was NOT crossed out, but written over by the letter "R" which was the first letter in my sister's name since she is also an executrix for my mom's estate. This lady was either ignorant, or clueless regarding my being able to get a Medallion Stamp waiver because the value of the stocks to be transferred was less than $10K! I learned this from the Computershare people when I called them this evening because they are the agent for AT&T investors. If she was so well trained and had attended classes for Medallion Stamps why didn't she know this? I originally had over $400K in this bank, but have slowly been transferring my funds to another bank which pays higher interest. The interest this bank pays on customers accounts is a joke, savings, checking or otherwise. I have some valuables in the Huntington Beach branch in a safe deposit box, but I'm done with US Bank and will close my checking account soon and open an account at California Bank & Trust in Palm Desert! I will also remove my items from the safe deposit box in HB the next time I'm down there and move them to CB&T's safe deposit. California Bank & Trust was recommended by my attorney for opening up an account for my mom's irrevocable trust and I'm going to open up an account there for my deceased mother's estate. I will also open up a checking account there as well. I'm done with US Bank! The Huntington Beach branch had much more customer service friendly people. Now California Bank & Trust will get my business even if I have to drive down to Palm Desert to do my brick & mortar banking.
