I had the best experience with Jessica, Amanda, and Steve. They were quick and efficient. Really friendly and helpful to my needs. I got my shot in a jiffy, then was out of there in no time! Thank you for always being there for me in my time of need.

We came in 15 minutes early to our appointment for a flu and COVID shot and we had to wait a full hour for them to actually give us the shot. They were very ill prepared for my appointment and prioritized walk-ins for prescriptions over our appointment. I went to the CVS one last year and they had much better and quicker service.

The pharmacy is choosing at their discretion what prescription they fill and what they don't. Even with doctors proscription and with no shortage they like to use the excuse that there is a shortage. When you talk to the pharmacist they talk to you as if you're a junki trying to get one over on them. Waste of time and energy just go somewhere else. This company's ethics are questionable and given their reviews it seems as if I'm not the only one dealing with this!

So idk what to say about this because my other experiences with this store have been great. Today I had the misfortune of speaking to the nastiest rudest most misogynistic man I've encountered in my entire life, pharmacist, Steve Tang. They have been out of my medication for the 2 weeks and now I'm almost out. So I called for some help getting it filled at a pharmacy I can get to while I'm out of town. He wouldn't transfer it and told me that if I disagreed with him he would hang up on me. He called me a liar he spoke down to me in the most no what I say is law attitude. He refused to listen or even try to help with a simple request. It was the worst interaction with anyone who was supposed to be a professional. I feel bad for women who work with him because it was obvious af that he has a disturbing power trip thing with women. I forsee lawsuits I'm his future. ?

This pharmacy's team saved a life today. I am absolutely blown away by the support they gave me. I came in struggling, scared that I couldn't get an urgent medicine for my dad from Avalon pharmacy (that they promised would be there). And the Walgreens staff took over. They got the medicine to me within 15 minutes with no hesitation. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

It used to be so good. I'm on life-saving meds, so I had to change pharmacies. Some days, no pharmacists showed up, they closed for hours, forgot to order meds, etc. Today, I went online to the website, to order refills for my husband as he got odd emails about his usual medications. It wouldn't work, so I called directly, received assurance they would set it all up on auto refill which he always had. But, one needed a new prescription. He then received an email that said doctor didn't approve, so I called the doctors office, they approved the standard med at 4:36 and were told Walgreens got it. I called Walgreens back and was told, "Yes", we got it. I said then why the email saying it wasn't approved and to call the doctor. No explanation, except " I am sorry". A very nice woman, but that doesn't excuse Walgreens issues that can and do severely impact the clients health.

If I could give Walgreens Pharmacy a 0 I would. I am visiting in Desert Hot Springs and filled 3 prescriptions at the Pharmacy on Palm Drive. When I was going to pick up the prescriptions I found out the Pharmacy was closed. Tried to find other Walgreens pharmacies that were open nearby but the ones that were open were a distance from me. They could not tell me if the Pharmacy would be open the next day. I understand needing to move Pharmacists around. But come on let us know in advance so we can get our prescriptions picked up. Even the Pharmacy I deal with in San Diego was closed.

I'm in the area for my wedding and my migraine medicine is at my home in LA, so of course I got a migraine and needed to have my doctor call in a refill. Let me tell you about how the employees here went the extra mile. When my partner showed up 5 minutes after the pharmacy had closed, the manager of the store listened to his predicament and he was able to leave with my Rx in hand. My other medicine was delayed and it was too soon for insurance to cover the refill, but the pharmacist called me and said she'd try to get it sorted out. Long story short, I received my medicine with a handwritten note apologizing for not being able to get insurance to cover it. This level of compassionate service is really beyond valuable to me as someone with a chronic illness. The pharmacy staff here literally saved my wedding! Thanks y'all for being such kind human beings

I am a new customer if I didn't need the insulin I wouldn't go here very difficult to reach the pharmacy waited 30 mins on the phone 31. mins and they hung up on me just ridiculous they need to hire more people
