This Walmart took over 5 hours to tell me the are still processing insulin. They are stupid and inconsiderate causing my blood sugar to go over 600 as I sat in front of them waiting. This is very high. Joann is super rude and so is the pharmacist. Use this pharmacy at your own risk.

i was there in Walmart Pharmacy Yucca Valleyand one of the pharmacy technicianhelp me to my dads prescription and her name i believe its Angel and oh my thanks to that lady she cheered me up while i was almost cried.. for helping me for other needs for over the counter medicationthanks to her and i was hoping i always get her and i like the way she has positive attitude

Melissa in the pharmacy said she couldn’t get my mom’s transplant drugs in California, which is absurd and untrue since she had gotten them there for years. I stepped in and asked Melissa if she needed the drug name spelled, and she replied “Hey I don’t appreciate that, I’ve been working hard and now I’m going to hang up on you!” I said “no I am serious, maybe you’re looking for the wrong drug” but she had already hung up! We called back right away and she wouldn’t take the call! What a mean lady! The pharmacy is now closed and my family is panicking that she can’t get her transplant drugs!CUSTOMER SERVICE: PLEASE LISTEN TO THE RECORDED CALL and teach Melissa not to misinterpret intentions and get better listening and customer service skills. Melissa pretends to be nice, but that is skin deep. She is angry inside and wickedly taking it out on customers in need.

Melissa just hung up one me and my family because she couldn't find a drug. My son who is an engineer asked if she spelled the drug correctly and Melissa went off on him and said "she didn't appreciate that". It was a totally fair question. Melissa pretends to care but them turns around and shows her true self...which is she hung up on a 6 year c ustomer and family mber

Went to get the covid-19 shot. They were very rude. They don't have any respect for seniors. Went and got it done at vons.Very professional place. Great staff.

Pharmacist Marjan provides exceptional service. When I ask for her help, she takes the time to answer any questions I have. It's evident in her work ethic that she authentically cares about her customers and takes pride in working with medicine.

Every time ive gone here the lady at the drop off window is extremely rude. Trying to say my insurance is invalid or that i cant fill my prescriptions for various reasons. Treating me like im lying or incompetent. i wish i would've looked at her name but was far too angry both times and didnt pay attention. Will never try to go through them again. Which in turn also makes walmart loose some of my business because i buy stuff every time im there. Not that it will affect them. But it is the truth. I can't believe how unprofessional they treat their customers and patients.
