The greens are tricky and they could use an extra tee box. Overall a wonderful place to golf.

Great golf course. Always busy so get a tree time early. Greens are like playing on an ice rink, demands the best of your short game but an amazing place to play.

Don't come for the glizzies and club house atmosphere... Nothing fancy here. It is a military base after all. But the golf is fantastic! Greens are challenging and, of course, great views!

Drove 3 hours to play this course with my father and son. Got turned away at check in because they don’t allow kids under 7 on the course. That info wasn’t on the website and was not mentioned when booking the tee time. My son is a talented junior golfer that’s been playing for 3 years (started when he was 2). He knows the etiquette, has exceptional skills for such a young player, and is very well mannered. We play 18 holes together on our local courses regularly since he’s part of the youth golf scholarship program in our town. No exception to the policy was afforded to us given the circumstances. So, we had to leave. The main reason given was a concern for safety, but he was authorized to go to the range, which seems especially more dangerous given the volume of golfers swinging clubs and not paying particular attention to their surroundings. We’ve never experienced this type of treatment at any other course before. He typically receives a lot of praise and support from staff at the courses we play. The entire exchange and experience was incredibly disappointing and upsetting. I felt worse for my son being discriminated against. He was devastated, and he didn’t understand why they wouldn’t let him play. I’m not sure I’ll ever make the effort to go there again. It feels disgusting to consider patronizing such a place that upholds an asinine, discriminatory policy. It’s a good thing the Navy course didn’t turn Tiger away when he was a kid. I figured we were past this as a society.

Paid for 18 holes on Saturday. Paid $50 . Had to cut it it short due to allergies kicking in. They supposedly processed a refund, then took another $14. I just called them and asked due to it being over 48 business hours later. Was told if I don't get my refund in 1 week, I need to back there with my receipt that is literally 3 in/Sq. If I don't have it, I'm SOL! I don't know what happened to service, but I'm never golfing here again. I will also tell every golfer I know not to golf here as well. I know they don't care due to it being a government facility, and the fact that I'm a two time Iraqi war disabled veteran doesn't matter either. But I'll tell you, I've never expected that kind of treatment, nor do we deserve that treatment. No wonder EVERONE hates the government. They steal our money.

As a previous reviewer mentioned, the course was great, but the Marshall was not. He approached our foursome around the 5th to tell us that we were "14 minutes behind", so we needed to hurry up. We did, and started to have to wait for the foursome in front of us to go, so we were weren't hitting into them. A few holes later he approached us again, saying we were still 14 minutes behind, and "should hit from the 150 yard marker for the rest of the course". He made us do it for that hole, and then we were once again waiting on those playing ahead of us. After that, the group behind us was 2 holes away, even with us having to wait at each tee. Put a damper on the back 9 for our group. Not sure the logic of trying to ruin our game, when we had to wait every hole and had no one right behind us.

Course is gorgeous, but the Marshalls need additional training. We played the silver course today and were approached on Hole 10. Our foursome was told by the Marshall that he "wouldn't normally approach a group unless they were more than 5 minutes behind play and that we were 26 minutes behind". He then explained that this meant there "wasn't anyone on the hole in front of us, or the hole in front of that, or the one after that. So we are three holes behind".Less than a minute later we see the foursome ahead of us teeing off on Hole 11. When we pointed this out to the Marshall we were then told "I only told you that no one was on Hole 10 and that you're 26 minutes behind". He denied that he said we were three holes behind and could not see the logic that there was no way we were "26 minutes" behind when the team in front of us just came off the Par 4 we were teeing up on.So, we spent the next 8 holes hitting into the foursome in front of us and did not enjoy the back half of the course.Play at Carson for half the price and none of the idiocracy.

Middle of summer and forced to hit off mats to “protect the driving range” for upcoming Junior USGA Women’s Championship. Irony is that my son and I were asked to leave solely because he is under 7 (local policy) hitting off these same mats on the far corner away from anyone in the evening. Way to “grow the game” Air Force Academy…. Do better. Take your money elsewhere.

Great course with great view. If you can get on take the opportunity to play here.

Decent course. Carts are older and the course isn't complicated. The cart paths are in need of repair and the course in general is dated. A place I'd take my kids because it's fun and easier, but certainly doesn't wow anyone.

Beautiful views but will not be returning. Worker at the shack by first tee off was rude telling us to play best ball because we needed to let the gentlemen behind us play. Then we were told there’s no alcohol allowed only to get sold a $5 beer. And to top it off other people playing were pushy as hell for no apparent reason. I’ve played at private clubs where the experience was better.

I find this Academy Course to be unparalleled in hospitality and ease of play. My friend rented a remarkably shinny set of Titleist left handed irons for a modest rate. The range is close to the first tee and range balls are also reasonableThe Eisenhower Course is a National Treasure

Very over priced! Plus the other golfer are very entitled and just are rude to other golfer for no reason. I felt rushed the whole time and didn’t enjoy my time here whatsoever. I don’t recommend at all! Stay away!
