There was no line and we had all of the documents ready and at 0900 we were seen and paid the passport fees. The whole process took less than 5 minutes. I would recommend this post office to anyone. “I had a great experience at Pack and Ship Plus. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I got off work late last Saturday so I missed the hours of the post office. When I arrived I was greeted and asked if I needed help. Which I definitely did. Wasn’t sure which size of box would be best for my shipment. The manager (Nicole maybe Noelle?) was ready to help right away. I paid for a box and packing tap at a great price. Waaay more help than the post office has ever been. I found my new go to for any shipping needs. While chatting with her and her employee learned I could do printing there for my business. “Amazing job on packing and shipping a fragile item!!! When I dropped the art piece off at the store, the help was so professional and understood my needs in having it shipped without any damage. The box arrived today and I was blown away with the care they took (Found out that it was Robert who actually packaged it) the way he personally wrapped and made a cradle to hold this piece so that it wouldn’t get crushed was, again, amazing!!! So thank you Robert and gang for the professional, caring, amazing job of shipping and protecting this item!!!

The team at this location is great, and part of the reason I keep renewing. Even when they're absolutely slammed (usually during lunch) I always receive warm and personal service.”

After weeks of delays and my wedding outfit being routed between multiple airports, the shipment finally made it to the local DHL facility. However, even at that stage, there was still a risk of additional hold-ups that could have prevented me from receiving it in time.

“The U-Fix-It Store at USAFA is a total game changer for cadets, whether you’re fixing up your room, grabbing cleaning supplies, or hunting down a part you thought you’d never find, this place has your back. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and always go out of their way to make sure you leave with exactly what you need. What really stands out is the convenience, no need to run around base or order stuff online, it’s right there, stocked with everything from tools to light bulbs, and even those odd-sized parts that save you a trip to the BX or off-base stores. It’s also cadet budget friendly, which matters more than most people realize. Huge shoutout to the team running it, they make the U-Fix-It Store more than just a supply stop, it feels like a support system for cadet life. Honestly, it’s one of those hidden gems at the Academy that deserves way more appreciation. Highly recommend every cadet take advantage of it, you won’t know how much you needed it until you do.”
