“I have to give them 5 stars for how they handled my print job situation. The staples website wouldn't allow me to submit my print job and I needed them asap. The supervisor immediately helped me out and had me send all my documents to their store email with instructions. Although this was tedious it wasn't the stores fault and was the best solution.Then I must've miscommunicated poorly because the order price was way higher than what I was quoted online when I tried to do it myself. Again, called staples and the workers said they would price match what I had online.No trouble at all, they were super nice and helpful. I would definitely use their services again for future print jobs. Thank you Staples for having great customer service even when it wasn't their fault for my issues!”

“Purchase a Tru Red Paper Shredder this evening. Cindy, who maybe is the Manager is why we decided to purchase at Staples. She was very friendly and knowledgeable, she also told us we could save $15 if we signed up on the Staples App, which we did. She explained that Staples is very customer oriented and if something happens to the shredder in the warranty period, we may bring it back to the store for exchange or refund. This is important after a bad experience at a rival store that did not honor the warranty on a six month old shredder even though it had a one year warranty at time of purchase.Staples has my business from now on !!! “While using the app, I didn't see or failed to select the option to have the 400 page manual I needed to print printed double sided. Tori called me to correct this and didn't end up charging me for the incorrectly printed sheets. She also offered a better stock selection that saved me a significant amount of money. She just made that a great experience. The online service was handy, but seemed to miss (or I just didn't look or know to look for) some basic options she was easily able to sort out for me”
