“We ordered a new GE front load washer and, although it was a bit delayed, Altitude kept us completely informed. When it arrived, the service rep, Austin, did a marvelous job of removing the old washer and installing the new one. He even changed the door hinge on our adjacent dryer to make it easier to load from our new washer. His attitude and professionalism sets him apart from other service reps. We will purchase from Altitude again. Great product and even better service.”
