I went in needing to activate a phone. The worker there was quick to respond to my needs. They were helpful and polite. The manager came and was also helpful with an additional question I had. It was an app related question not a phone issue. Although this was not an area involving the phone he still took time to help me. I would recommend this store to anyone. Thank you again.

I don't like giving bad reviews but I think I should be heard, if the quality of service that an employee or manager of an AT&T store must give depends largely on the information system or software that is used for daily transactions, I consider if a customer comes to the store and asks for help and the employee cannot give it because the system does not allow it, what should the employee or manager do? Keep quiet and let it continue or report it as many times as necessary, until he is heard. That is exactly what happened to me today, no answers due to IT failures, report it until you are heard.
I cannot give a good review, when as a customer I was not satisfied.

The staff at the Alamosa At&t are very knowledgeable and friendly. The only complaint I have is I was unable to add my company discount to my plan.

We had a most professional and wonderful experience with your cashier, Jarrett, in Alamosa on 7-1-24. We are from Texas, and I needed a new phone. He walked me through everything, helped me make a decision, and transferred everything from my old phone to my new one. It was a most pleasant experience. You are lucky to have him as an employee.

I drove 2 hours to come in store for help. Unfortunately where I live the AT&T store is closed on Sundays. I'm not too sure who the man that helped me is. He has short black hair and white guages. No greeting when you walk in just an eye roll and no name tag.I let him know that my phone was not working. I cannot connect to the internet, send text messages, or make phone calls. He looked up my account and said it was canceled. I asked how that could be if my bill is paid and I had not spoken with anyone from AT&T about canceling my service. He suggested if it was less than 14 days he could reestablish my account otherwise my account information and phone number would be erased forever. He called customer service and placed the phone on speaker. The line said it would be 10 minutes before a representative was available. A customer walked in to buy a screen saver, it was not in stock so he left soon. About 10 minutes later, no answer from customer service and another woman walked in. White guage black hair man raised his tone and said he had other customers and I could call on my own phone to get in contact with customer service. I reiterated my phone had no network connection and the only reason I was able to use my phone is because I'm connected to the stores internet. He began to argue and I said to go ahead and help your customer, it's been more than 10 minutes. I'm waiting to be helped just like every other customer. The woman left and now black hair white guage man left me in the front of the store while he's in the back room. Since black hair white guage man isn't helping. I looked on my own account. I can't find where it has been canceled since my account is letting me know I can upgrade devices and doesn't show my account is canceled. I started a chat with AT&T and their robot says my account is still active. I've currently been using the stores landlines and was told it would be 10 minutes before a customer representative would be with me. Black hair white guage man is now hiding in the back room and only comes out when other customers walk through the door. With customer service over the phone, through chat and in person it's a wonder why I'm not happy with my service. I'm not sure what type of training is given to in store workers. But, I feel like multi-tasking and patience would be an asset. I am now being told to leave the store for an hour lunch and come back at 3. I was also told black hair white guage man does not have his managers number or contact information and no way to make contact with him nor does he have a business card or email address for his manager.

Great experience at this store transferring to ATT from our previous carrier. All the hiccups of the process were with our previous carrier, and the professional ATT staff here helped us work through all the details, waiting patiently as we sat on the phone with the other company. Very professional and efficient. Highly recommend!
