Hours: McB’s Laundromat is an affordable and go-to spot for many, located between a Sonic, Starbucks, and a liquor store so there is plenty to do while waiting. The prices alone make it hard to beat for a weekend trip. The machines are okay, with a filtration system for the washers and dryers big enough for 2 loads. However, the change machine can be finicky, and it is highly recommended to get quarters at a bank beforehand. Some washers didn't show enough water or suds, and there are no 4 load washers. A lot of machines are out, and the floor doesn't look like it gets swept regularly, making it worrying to transfer laundry without getting clothes dirty. The vending machine with soda is out of order, and the restroom requires asking staff for a key. Despite these flaws, the laundromat is clean and in a good part of town, with a staff member known since 2016. For a nomad traveler, it is where laundry will be done when passing by again.
