Although they only perform oil changes and are not a full service mechanic shop, he heard the concern in my voice and agreed to take a look if she could get it to the store. It turned out to be a poorly seated filter from the oil change she had a few days prior. I'm so thankful there are people like Adolfo who will offer assistance even when there is a chance there is nothing they can do.”
