This is the spot to stay in town. Simple and clean with an old school feel. Sabrina gave me one of her homemade sopapillas when I checked in (it was delicious) and Mindy was very sweet and helpful. Hope to be back! Excellent experience!

The hotel staff are very kind hearted. They allow all kinds of pets and have a heart for animals. The owner loves Jesus and cares about the people who stay there.
Definitely recommend.

I'm giving 5 stars in hopes to help boost the overall rating. The room was spacious and very clean. Cleanest ive had on my entire three week road trip thus far. The staff were super nice, especially the cats! There is a free breakfast of waffels, cereal, bagles, muffins as well as coffee and OJ. Close to food and 30 min from the dunes.

FABULOUS GEM!
This place is super cool and a nice updated take on the “Route 66 roadside motel”. I arrived after riding a motorcycle across the state and the staff made check in easy. And to add to that, they were utterly fantastic and friendly. Room was super dooper clean. Mattress and pillows were comfy…I slept like a baby.

Good hotel, affordable price and comfy bed. Our room had somewhat of a smell though and the incessant slamming of the doors by other guest in the hallway can get pretty annoying but altogether, a good place to stay!

A really pleasant hotel! The prices are very reasonable and affordable. The welcome is warm and the staff is always friendly. The rooms are clean, the beds very comfortable, and everything works perfectly. The breakfast in the morning is a real bonus. I highly recommend this hotel!

Check in was fast. Room was clean. No coffee maker in room. At check in I was told there was coffee 24/7
When I went to get some morning stuff said is shift didn't start yet and will make some. I also did like like the idea that breakfast was not available. Guess you are suppose to ask for it. Bit silly if you ask me.

Location, room, breakfast, and staff were all great. The only reason it wasn't 5 stars is that IMO the pet fee is a bit steep. Even though the price per room is reasonable, if you are bringing a pet + taxes it is still nearly $150 per night for very basic accommodations.
That being said, it is still a great place to stay if traveling with pets. The area surrounding has sidewalks, food is walkable, and there is coffee and hot water available all day. A very nice man will make you waffles for breakfast.
Edit: Okay fine, I changed my review to 5 stars because I just remembered how comfortable the pillows are.

Cleaner and better quality rooms than main chain hotels. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic, nothing special.
