Bianca Meave has outstanding customer service skills! Bianca is phenomenal. She really took care of me since I started my phone service with Viaero. She made sure she would always be helpful with upgrades on 6 lines plus 2 children watches. Everything always went smoothly, and she checked up after upgrades. She is bilingual, so that’s a plus for helping me!

Bianca has outstanding customer service skills! She really took care of me while I upgraded my phone, made sure the transfer went smoothly and checked up twice after. She is bilingual and helped many other customers while we wanted for the transfer. She deserves a raise!

Bianca was very knowledgeable and friendly, she answered all my questions and was very pleasant. I purchased a plan comparable to my disappointing other V- service, and at $40.00 less a month. The first bill came and I was charged an activation fee of $30.00 which was a mistake, yet when I came into the store, Bianca remembered me by name, and took care of the bill within 30 minutes, she was awesome. I am very please with the the service overall and Bianca! Good customer service is well appreciated!!
