Wow! Took 27 for 1 week family reunion! Far better than a beach house, cruise, or other choices! Great week for birth through 80 to. Staff rates 10! Food rates 10! Rooms great for a dude ranch, but you're not at the Ritz Carlton! Go!

An amazing place to unplug from your daily routine and plug up with your fam. Employees are always positive and are always willing to help you. If you do decide to spend some time with your family away from phones and technology make sure you come for karaoke night, there is nothing like seeing a family member get their groove on.

Lane Guest Ranch exceeded our expectations for riding in beautiful Colorado. Over 4 days, we rode about 13 hours, close to 50 miles. In the middle of the week, we went white water rafting. The ranch is located where Roosevelt National Forrest and Rocky Mountain National Park meet. The terrain is absolutely gorgeous. And the elevation is a little breathtaking too. Ashley and the wranglers are terrific guides and super safety conscious. The dinner ride is so great that we did it twice. 45 minute ride to a beautiful meadow where Ashley grills rib eyes and chicken. The forest rides are the best -- I would avoid rides that are mainly on the road. The cabins are dated, but comfortable. The key is to ask the staff for anything you need. The afternoon we arrived, we asked for plywood or similar to make the beds feel firmer, and it was done while we ate dinner. The staff, led by Paul, photographer and tour guide extraordinaire, are so personable and caring. The food is plentiful. Some meals were delicious. The only disappointment were sandwiches on the half day ride -- bread, meat, cheese all good quality, but none of the special touches that chef Tony put into dinner. I hope we can make it back again another summer. One of our top 5 vacations ever.

We had such an amazing week at the ranch. They have such fantastic outings, amazing camp for the kids and the food is to die for. Our kids got to ride horses every day! There is no cell service and very limited wifi but that shouldn't deter you. Disconnecting for a week of relaxation was the best thing I've ever done! Definitely my favorite vacation I've ever taken. Can't recommend this place enough

My family spent a week at Lane Guest Ranch last summer (2018) and it was the best family vacation we've ever had. We were there with extended family from kids up to grandparents and it was the perfect fit for everyone. Our kids (ages 8-12) loved the horseback rides, the cook-out, the kids activities, the pool, making new friends, and most of the all, the staff, who were absolutely wonderful with them. The adults got to enjoy really great horseback rides, delicious food, hikes, hammocks, private hot tubs on each of our decks, art lessons, photography lessons, and bird watching. And we felt like were part of the Lane Guest Ranch family by the time we left. We are currently planning our return trip for this summer!
