My last membership expired and I didn't get another one because I didn't want to pay since I was in season. Then I wanted to just play basketball with my buddies and Mr. sales manager Dylon was there to "help" me out. All I wanted is just to pay the cheapest membership so I can play basketball for maybe for 1-2 hours. Next thing you know he tells about this amazing "annual" thing. He explained to me that my total would be $27.99 for the membership and I will be paying that every month automatically. And if I ever wanted to cancel that I would get 1 "free" month. Next thing you know I get charged $53.98 for that day after he said your total is $27.99. Then 2 weeks later I was charged $53.99. I went and asked today and he told me that $27 for the this month, $27 for that "free" month when I cancel so it really isn't free. Then the other 53.99 was the annual fee that he never told me. I just wanted to simply pay $27 for the gold membership to play basketball for an hour or two but ended paying $106 in 2 weeks.By the way 2 days ago I went to ask about this and the staff that was there were even confused why I got charge 53 twice. So kinda weird your own staff don't know about this. So they printed my stuff and said they would show the manager about this so that he will give us a call. Surprisingly the manager never called.

This is a classic case of a company that over-promises and under-delivers. At first glance, you'd think this is a nice health club, but when you look deeper, you see that they do not maintain their equipment at all. Not only will you find lots of cracks and peeling on the vinyl pads on the machines, many machines are in very poor condition.Case in point: They have one selectorized chest press machine. It has had an "Out of Order" sign on it for nearly 8 weeks. Repairing it would take a piece of cable and an allen wrench; maybe $10 at Ace or Home Depot. But the manager continually uses the excuse that he has called upper management and has been told that "it's not in the budget."Really? You've got a multi-million dollar club, and you can't repair one of the most popular machines in the entire club for $10 and 10 minutes of labor in the span of 8 weeks? Really? Really?UPDATE - It's now been two additional weeks since I posted the review above and guess what? This machine STILL has not been repaired! You mean no one can drive 5 minutes to the hardware store and get a cable and a wrench and fix this??These photos you see were taken today (March 6) but the 'out of order' signs were placed on this machine the week following Christmas! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Been working out at 24hr for over 30 years. Been here since 2023 and it's hit or miss. I could tell when the manager left to have her baby. Place went to hell. Still only 4 handicap lockers all on the bottom tier which if your not in a wheelchair are worthless to someone with disabilities. Machines needing attention, stay out of order for far too long. Not difficult to acknowledge where a problem is.

This is twice now that I show up at open time of 5am and it is not open. I’ve had my membership for 3 weeks now. I appreciate the people who work here, but something needs to happen about being on time. It is 6:20am as of this review and still not open.

I went to class yesterday and they said I had to pay 20 dollars and there was nothing written in the email or on the website, just that I had to bring my document. I thought it was terrible

Not open 24 hours, have tried to purchase items multiple times with no one working the desk. Just tried to purchase a protein drink after a day workout and was told “the register is closed” despite the gym being open. What?

Used to love this gym. I work 5 days a week, as most people do, but start at 6 am and end at 6 pm. I used to either go late at night or early in the AM. Now 4 out of the 7 days a week I can't get here. Either the gym is WAY overcrowded that doubles my workout time in the evening, or their hours make it impossible to do AM workouts. I drive past two other 24 hour gyms on my way to and from home and work, got this gym membership purely due to their now-lost 24 hour opening. I've tried to give it a chance, but I just can't fathom paying for something I can barely use any longer. If it's finance as an issue, pole people and ask if they would pay a higher rate to keep this location 24 hour, I would gladly do so. I'll be switching to a true 24 hour gym, paying 3x the monthly due but it's worth it. I'm tired of how over crowded this place is and now un-accommodating hours for your young adults. I know my single membership is only a drop in the bucket, and some corporate copy past response will be added but I would rather attempt to warn others to not experience what appears promising.Otherwise this gym is stellar. It's kept clean compared to most other gyms in the area, their equipment is kept in maintained order always, and they are quick to fix broken equipment. They have a large assortment of cardio equipment and just expanded their platform and squat racks, but I wish they kept that money towards staying open 24 hours. 2 gyms in the Golden area closed, so this is the closest gym within a 20 minute drive for a lot of people, and it's just way too overcrowded.

New to the area and they wouldn’t let us work out because we do not having a Colorado id. Not very good customer service. Support your local gyms.

Used to love this gym. I started going around 3:30 in the morning, due to all the high schoolers that would come after school, it was impossible to even get a machine. They have since kinda fixed that problem. Now they want to up the membership but then change hours. I got an email about a month ago that the gym would not open until 5am on the weekdays. Not ideal for someone who has to be at work by 7:00am. I asked the front desk and was assured that M-F would be 24 hours. I showed up on a Monday at 4am to find only 1 lousy sign up that stated the hours and that they do not open until 5am on Monday. How are you going to open at 5am on a Monday when that’s the start of the week for most people. If you are changing the hours up why don’t you have signs up throughout the whole building on every door in every locker room mirror on every check in. Not to mention all the locations by my work have also closed down. Patiently waiting for lifetime to open up.

I joined because this gym about one year ago because it was open 24 hours. They recently changed their hours with little advance communication. This move, combined with some of the other things I did not care for about this gym, has made me decide not to renew my membership. Lack of consistent cleaning standards, poor communication, changing the hours. and moving equipment around without informing members are all concerns for this location. Additionally, after they reduced their hours, staff had difficulty properly opening the facility. TVs were dark, some lights were off, doors left locked, etc. If you are an early morning workout person, this gym may not be the right fit for you.
