Awful experience trying to rent and we will be cancelling our reservation after no one could help us. After trying to rent online I kept getting an error. No one was available on property and the customer service just kept transferring me to different departments. The property manager seemed as if they couldn't be bothered.
After wasting an afternoon to get nowhere we will be cancelling.

I have been renting here for some time and every time I come in the manager Maria is always extremely friendly and willing to answer my questions. One of the first times I came through a few months ago I was confused on how large my unit was and where it was located. She not only explained it to me but continued to check in each time after making sure I was sure of where to go and if I needed any assistance. She has been super kind and helpful which makes this place stand out in comparison to any other unit I’ve had in the past!

Switched from a terrible experience with public storage to 58th and ward self storage. They were very accommodating, and easy to work with, Always friendly and helpful. During business hours there’s always someone available in the office and quick to respond via email!

I used the storage for nine years. The staff were incredibly helpful and the units were well kept up. The grounds were clean and security was a priority. They are awesome.
