I was there on Sunday the 23rd afternoon the other lady cashier is very rude to customers, as the other review revealed she talks about how much she hates your job and dealing with people, on one occasion she started yelling at me because I walked in the store she stated to my face sing another customer coming at the wrong time and I'm not going to be able to get a smoke that sucks, it's a disgrace and no discipline for her behavior very unprofessional her filthy mouth goes without saying, I don't think you need any more details than that

The store is not handicapped Accessible. Crowded walkways with displays and boxes of stock (some empty) If you're in a wheelchair you can't get to the ATM It's blocked by cases of water.
I called about this before, and they fixed it and in a couple of weeks, they go back to the old bad habits. Any supervisor at this location??
In The past, the staff never acknowledged my concerns. They say to call the manager dude. That ain't my job buddy.

I came into this place the last couple of days for my break. Just from working around here I never went into this store. It's shady, the riff Raff going on is the employees. They dress like normal. There's no more distinction between employees or the street people. They wear whatever they wake up in. They wear backwards hats to sagging their pants. Plus I don't know if I should defend myself or purchase something.
The atmosphere inside is dead. No hellos, no bathroom ,no good mornings, no smiles, no sunshine. No hot food, no coffee, no creamers or sugars. The fancy coffee machines they have are broken down. The cappuccino machine never works. Fingerprints on the glass doors throughout the store. You would think the owner would care. Nope. Not one bit. Avoid this place at all costs. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. They don't appreciate you here.

Got yelled at by a women who works here who demanded I clean up a mess I didn't make. No wonder the store filthy the employees expect customers to clean it for them. Horrible service will go to another gas station in the morning.

If you can avoid this place you should. I was here 7/27 at 4pm. Started filling my tank, walked in and spent 15 minutes waiting with my items for the cashier to come over from stocking items with a line of equally irritated people behind me. He was very rude too. The whole time my car was there taking up one of their pump spaces with all the other ones full as well. On top of that it’s just been generally a bad experience going to this store and this is just the final straw for me.

Whoever worked on 18th of May yesterday around 9pm definitely rude walks out of store all mad because he has to go back in to serve people like dude I get might be tired but on the phone going dam I have more people come in can never get a brake then throwing something on the floor like I get you might be tired working but showing frustration to but to basically make the people coming in let alone 9 not like it's 11 at night just makes me wanna go to the one 1 min down the road from now on hey I work 9 hours buddy straight sometimes 6 days a week I get tired but would never show it or make customer feel bad for wanting to go into your store terrible and even if someone higher in store see this not gonna do anything but more 711 down the block so not mad

This is great 711 and the staff is fantastic. They put up with a lot being on the corner of a busy street. Staff has to be tough as some of the clientele are rough to say the least.

If I could do what less than one star I would because the management here is beyond rude! I have personally victimized by the short little round Mexican with long braids, Tricia, not only is she rude but calls out in public, names and tell me not even to be on the property not only that but she does whoever I'm with that they're not allowed to be there if they socialize with me. I definitely know that there is a lawsuit right here because of her the only reason I haven't pressed for it is because I have respect for the owner and other employees there. But the time is coming very soon with that respect his run out because of her continuing employment there. I do not appreciate her with her room she is in the name calling. I definitely request for her movement immediately I am the only one to speak up out of everyone else in my class in society so to speak. Do they forget that we are probably 85% of their business. If she is not removed a protest will begin

Restroom was out of order and the lady working denied my 4 year old daughter, who was clearly in distress, access to their restroom. ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL.

This is the only 7-eleven i have been too that doesn't have a fountain root beer. i always fall back on 7-eleven when i crave it because they always have it! If your pregnant craving a fountain root beer don't come here!

Not sure why this 7-11 is allowing homeless people to camp in the parking lot. People from here are weaving in and out of traffic and trash is piling up in the alleys.
