Kathy has been there since this store opened. She should own the place. She represents 7-11 with professionalism, kindness, and a willingness to help. Kathy is always courteous and prompt. She greets with a smile and offers assistance whenever necessary. I look forward to my morning coffee bc I know I'm going to be treated with the best customer care. You should really appreciate and value Kathy. Give her a raise! She's the only reason I visit this store every morning! Kathy is the mold for all 7-11 employees... including management!

This store is very frustrating. Randomly they will close the store I'm the middle of the night for a couple of hours for no particular reason. They never have pizzas and they won't cook them for you if they have them. And they never have a restroom you can use, even if you're a paying customer. You're better off driving or walking another 2 blocks to the 711 on Wadsworth and 58th (Ralston rd.)

This place are just a bunch of thieves. There air mechine is just down with no sign to collect money off people, then if you try and get your money back they tell you no. The worst cornerstore down there. Go any where else

Great place, Miles at the liquor store always helps out great. Good conversations and suggestions. Never have had issues with this place as long as I have been going.

The store was great, though they may have been a little behind on stocking the shelves. There is a liquor store attached to the 7-11 and it's limited on parking.

I visit around 3-5 AM often after my grave shift and they are awesome. Always friendly and helpful and will chase off anyone bugging customers outside. I am happy to have this store as the one on Marshall is so terrible and that guy is so rude. Thank you for the crew at this store you rock!!

A sign on the door clearly stated "restrooms close at 9:00 PM". I asked to use it at 8:40 PM and they refused to give me the code. I will not recommend any business that won't provide a restroom to a paying customer.

This is the worst kind of gas station- one with a restroom that’s out of order. The Shell station just a little down the road is way nicer.

Very bad service people say that they get greated every time they go but it feels like they put you in trash only one cashier or two cashiers are nice but one lady that has blond hair with short hair is just so awful to even work. I know they are sometimes mad that their kids not listen to what they but atleast do something that makes your life better. I know life is hard too but just do something that encourages your face because their faces just look sad plus they never refil the jalapeños now that I saw all of that I wouldn’t even work here if I would pick a seven eleven bad it would be this. train your employee and do something with that brown or blond hair lady that has short hair because she is the one that’s making all of this happen so DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE ever.

I’ve shopped at this 7/11 for almost two year now always been greeted never had an issue Staff has always been kind and friendly and very helpful, Until today just a little bit ago The cashier that is currently working I felt was rude and disrespectful already seem like she had an attitude before I went to the counter, I had two transactions my second transaction was a Money Card she asked how much I needed I asked her how much the card was she said that she didn’t know and that it’s not her job to do math and that the computer does it for her. Which it is correct the computers does do the math for you , but at the same time if you’re not able to do the math you shouldn’t be handling money. I’ve worked for 7-Eleven before and I know what you’re supposed to do and what you’re not supposed to do and telling a customer that that’s not your job that it’s not something that you should say to your customers!

Clerks were rude and obnoxious. I asked to use the restroom due to a medical condition. They refused. When I told them good customer service would provide facilities for customers. They said they didn't have to and kicked me out. 711 employees keep getting worse about how the treat their customers.

This place is my go to in the morning before work. 7-11 is awesome as a company. this store is sorta new, they train their employees just to get by. I know it's hard to hire and get help now days. ROTATE your STOCK! Simple as you get new items just don't push the old to the back, grab each one on the shelf , check the expiration dates, throw out the old and stock the new in the back. This Has happened so many times at this store. They NEVER check their exp dates on their stock on the food! It's a training issue. Whomever runs this place clearly is not getting their point across to these workers. 7-11 cut out brand name food and replaced them with their own. Check your food then. 3 strikes your out with me, just a heads up my peeps! Yeppa yeppa!

I was absolutely appalled by the way the manager with purple hair spoke to a employee named Jacob this morning. I am surprised that manager hasn't been accused of creating a hostile work environment. Right in front of a store full of customers treating them like dirt. This is not acceptable behavior by a so-called manager. I am glad she is leaving this location tomorrow. Why 711 allows her unprofessional behavior is beyond me. As a Pryor business owner of 20 plus years I would never allow any employee to treat my employees in this manor. It is no wonder the turn over you have at this location is so high. I held my tongue this morning by her humiliating Jacob like she did. This type of behavior is not the first time. The manager should have pulled him aside out of public view and address a issue privately. Yet she continued to belittle him while he was working.
