ZERO stars if possible. Ace Hardware is known for top-notch customer service. Not this location on Ralston Road. The employees are very rude and therefore we will shop at another Ace Hardware.

I have been a regular shopper at Ace Hardware for many tears preferring a hardware store to shopping at big box stores. Went to the Ace Hardware store at 10000 Ralston Road in Arvada as it is in my community to make an additional purchase as the previous day I did not purchase enough of a certain item to complete my project at home. As a senior citizen I take medications which can require more frequent trips to the bath room than most people experience on a normal bases. Much to my surprise I was rather rudely informed that there was no bathroom available to customers as they had had problems with their bathrooms in the past. I pushed the issue and received additional rude response from two more employees. I guess my response will be that I will no longer shop at this store in particular and I will file my concerns with Ave Hardware assuming they have a regional or National office. I mean I’m 76 years old and hardly a likely candidate for a bathroom destroyer! Really! Appalling customer concern and service!

A BIG THANK YOU to DAVE for helping me with my plumbing problem. The house is 25+ years old and so are the valves. He got me the right equipment and some heads up on possible problems. You can count on Ace and DAVE!

Hands down, this is the best Ace Hardware on the front range, if not all of Colorado. They didn't have the length of ABS that I needed, so one of the guys cut a long pipe to my exact length and charged me by the foot. Their RV and pet supplies were a nice discovery! I'll be back!
