I always check to verify items are in stock before visiting stores, but this Ace consistently disappoints. Items listed as available often aren’t. It’s frustrating and wastes time. Please improve your inventory accuracy—it’s not complicated.

I haven't set foot in this store since they changed things around inside. It is different, but works well. I came in this evening to just look around. I was in the area and needed to go to a business nearby. When I was done, I figured why not stop in at the good ol' Ace. I'm glad I did. I'm telling you folks, if you want to shop at Ace, then come here to this store. I did see many new items I would like to buy for the holidays this year. As always, I was greeted well, and checked on from time to time by associates. Good to see customer service is excellent here as always. Just wanted to say I'm glad to see things here going well. Now that I have reason to come to this area of town again for other business purposes, I will be shopping at this Ace again for many things as well.

Great customer service! Read as you walk in there always is a gentleman or a lady there willing to help and able to help. The one thing I am kind of disappointed in at this Ace Hardware is their lack of Yeti Coolers glasses cups. I just wish they would have more of a selection! As for those items, I enjoy using a coupon to purchase. Honestly, whoever is doing the hiring at this spot deserves a promotion because he or she has made one heck of a team.

Went into this ace hardware because I was having problems with my toilet not filling up. Tony helped me diagnose the problem that I was having and suggested the part that I needed. Tony was knowable enough to be able to decide that it was my flow valve in my toilet that needed to be replaced. He helped me find the part and give me the knowledge and information to me how to install it. The change of the part took about 5 minutes due to Tony's knowledge and instruction, and he saved me multiple hundreds of dollars instead of calling a plumber. I will 100% be going back to this ace and trust the people solely because I believe that they can help find exactly what you need for the project going on at your home. A truly good experience at this ace, not just Tony but the whole staff.

I went into the store with a sprinkler head issues, I met with Jim. He was very experienced. He gave me a bunch of tips and showed me how to adjust the sprinkler. He was very knowledgeable and very kind. You just don’t see that kind of customer service anymore. I want to give a kudos out to Jim.

Please commend Jim @ Westwood ACE on June 27, 2024!
He went beyond his job responsibilities by not only finding the correct crews for my license plates, but put them on in 98 degree weather‼️. This was acompolished with at least four trips back in the store with issues other than new screws! I am a widow, 79 years & am learning many things that my husband handled. Jim
Is an employee to be commended but an example to all his coworkers. He needs 10 STARS‼️

Sorry this has taken so long to write! I was in the store in Westwoods on June 5th. I just want to commend the staff on their total professionalism and kindness. A special shout out to Ruth and Josh. They were incredibly kind! Thank you. They both are definitely an asset to the store. It seems to have been my experience over the years with most of the employees of that Ace hardware!
