Having left the receiver dongle for my work mouse at the office (far away), I was in a pickle when I couldn't connect it to my laptop for WFH. I dropped in on this darling shop and was immediately assisted with a working, high-end barely used gaming mouse loaded with a fresh battery and a unifying receiver dongle, which will ensure that my laptop can pair with any Logitech brand mouse going forward. Only $10. And, I was also able to pick their brains about reducing eye fatigue using my windows settings for my monitor displays, and go tips about what to shop for in a new monitor upgrade. Since my company does not have a local IT office I can run to for things like this, I am ever so grateful to have this shop around. Frankly, they are better than any company-provided IT I have relied on for simple hardware issues and I would not hesitate to go here for my own personal computing needs.

I do not know who runs this company but really?!! I found there website and found a pc tablet Dell Venue pro that would have been great for my daughter. It showed 3 different versions and 23 in stock. So I drove to the Arvada Location showed the young man what I wanted, he looked at me and said "I don't know if we have any".I asked him "I will take any version, and had to ask him if he would at least check for me?" He walked into the back came out and said yeah we have them, but no charge cables so there are not for sale.Your system seems to be a bit flawed and customer service was very bad. I apologize I had to ask the young man to check for me, I didn't mean to put him out, or interrupt whatever he was doing before I walked in.

I just got a refurbished computer from Action. It works great and the staff was very helpful. Great customer service.

kind of disappointed in the product I was sold by this business. I bought a Dell 7490 for school. A month after purchasing the laptop the battery would die in no time. It was not like this for the first two weeks that I owned the computer. I visited the store with the laptop at hand. I was told the battery was functioning as expected. I was also told that the model of laptop I bought would alert me when I would need to change the battery. I have yet to see/receive this alert. Right now, the battery lasts around 45 minutes off a charge. So, expect that when you buy a computer here, you should have an extra battery at hand. I just tried to connect my headphones to this laptop via the headphone port. Does not work. I tried a different headphone to see if the headphone was the problem. No. I want to support small businesses like this.... but I'll probably spend my money elsewhere next time.

Bought a recently used all in one PC from them. Friendly service, but the sales/repair guys couldn't answer some specific questions about it because it's processed by other staff at a warehouse, so just be aware of that. They threw in a wifi adapter when we took it home and it didn't connect. PC has worked well since was happy to support local and smaller business.

I have sold two computers, purchased a gaming PC and asked Action Computers to service at an older desktop. All my experiences have been great. Super knowledgable and friendly staff, great prices and fast turn around times. Would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to buy, sell or recycle old electronics.

Quick, friendly service. Had the old VGA cable I needed and were even open a little early which was great since I myself was just looking for a cable for an old monitor at my office and was in a hurry. Definitely will remember this shop when I have a need in the future!

I needed an older laptop charger so I called and they had multiple in stock! Very friendly and helpful when I showed up to test out the charger with the laptop.Excellent service -- I recommend them highly!
