I brought my car to Active for a locked up transmission. They were able to schedule me in for next day. The car was fixed and ready for pick up within a few hours of being dropped off. Vern was super helpful, patient & thorough. I'll be coming back again and highly recommend to everyone.

Planet Honda said I needed a new transmission on a 2015 Odyssey with 65,000 miles. I called Active Transmission for a second opinion. Jeff took it for the day. He called and said there is nothing wrong with the car but wanted another tech to drive it and confirm. Sure enough they both concurred it was fine. Planet wanted almost $6,000. Jeff didn’t charge me a dime. I am very grateful to have come across Active Transmission and Jeff. Thank you.

I went off reviews to choose this shop. I dropped off my vehicle at 8am & it was done by 11am. I am a pregnant woman w/2 other young children. We brought our 1966 Ford Mustang here for transmission work this week. The got the car in in a Monday afternoon and was done with it by Wednesday afternoon. The price was half of the other quote from another mechanic and three times as fast. Jeff was very responsive and his father was great to meet this morning. Just a great family business that you should visit if you need some transmission work completed.
