After receiving a questionable recommendation from a shop on replacing the battery in one of our vehicles, we decided to come by Advance Auto for an independent opinion. Chad was super helpful, laid out what we’d be looking at pricing wise before even beginning any tests should we need a new battery, and then tested our battery and alternator to show we had no issues going on. As we talked we also received some great recommendations on trusted local shops to check out in the future. Thanks, Chad.

Horrible customer service! Granted I was in 40 minutes before closing time, but I had to wake up the 2 employees that were there. Neither of them could work the register/computer correctly. This was for a simple gas cap. Why would I ever think of going there for anything even a bit technical?

Didn't have full order ready (after two days) out of stock, but staff found comparable replacement. They should have said yes when I asked for a small discount.

I got there at opening. They were able to help me quickly and both Les and I'm sorry I didn't catch the woman's name that helped me but they were both friendly and got what I needed and had me in my way.

There is one night from 2 weeks ago. My light bulb was dead. I came to the store. And it was snowing. So I asked AJ to help find the right light bulbs because i bought head light bulbs before at auto part. They gave me the wrong one. AJ actually listen to my pain, he helped me figure out the right one. Also offered me to put them on. I didn't expect that because it was snowing and the store almost closed. And it was hard to open the cap. It took us 15 mins but AJ wasnt complaint, he still was out there to help me put them on. I really appreciate AJ. At the other store, when i asked them for help, they told me they didnt want to break anything.

It's just like any other auto parts store did you set up different sometimes the prices are different but there's a guy that works at this one his name is AJ very helpful very friendly very nice guy he helped me find a part I didn't know what the name was we looked he sat and looked it up and he found it for me and then I forgot to bring my money so I had to run home while I was home doing this he ran to pick up some parts or drop off parts so I waited for him he come back and he's like hey you came back and I said yeah I just told you I would so you run me up you come outside he looked at my vehicle showed me his vehicle we're both Toyota freaks so if you need something go to advance and ask for AJ
