It can very hard and expensive to get all three of my boys seen at once. We have tried home vets, etc. but after no shows and difficulty with appointments- I decided to take them all to Adam's County Animal Hospital. It was a GREAT experience. They got us all into a room right away. Almost no wait time from check in to seeing Dr. Matt. Dr. Matt was amazing with my terrified of males rescue dog -(he literally sat on the ground for most of the visit and Dale warmed up to him so quickly). The facility was very clean and they even checked us out in the exam room - making the entire process amazing. Highly recommend.

Dr. Hover is great! She works with you wherever you are financially and provides multiple options.

This clinic has been the primary vet for my dog , Saké , ever since I got her , and I'm grateful my pup is in such good hands . The staff is friendly , accommodating and communicated thoroughly about her health . If I couldn't bring her in , they would try to give me advice over the phone, and have always been upfront about costs before administering treatment . Dr. Hover specifically , has been sooo helpful with both a surgery my dog required to remove her teeth and then the nightmare of moving my dog to Hawaii . There's not enough good things I can say about ACAH and I surely hope Sake's next vet is as attentive and caring as they were !

This review is long overdue. I brought my barely 2 lb. bundle of furry joy here when she became very ill. The staff was very friendly and caring. Dr. Hover was very upfront and gave me realistic expectations and was great with updating me on Tallulah's condition and what the next plan of action was. I will be forever grateful to everyone at ACAH for taking great care of my baby and getting her back home to me.

We have been using this clinic for two years since we got our first rescue. Our first appt has been great care. We got a second rescue, and for our second puppy appt we followed up with a different Dr, we figured it would be fine. This Dr Berman wouldn't give the shots she was due for and just kept pushing us buying things that did not make sense. He even gave us paperwork on a vaccination guide that said she should be getting the ones he wouldn't give her. He wouldn't listen to us but made sure to ask for a Yelp review. I have taken that puppy in since then, and he called the not primary account phone left a message saying something was wrong with her, and then charged my card without any approval to do so. And got mad that I was upset they just brought my dog back to the card with meds they charged me for without consent and without contacting me to find out what was wrong- oh but he made sure to ask for a Yelp review again. He and the front desk have shown to be careless and not verify numbers, actually try the other number if the NONPRIMARY number doesn't answer with that being the only way to check in on appts during covid, and continuously running the credit card without permission should be illegal. Basically don't ever see Dr Berman, he may be the owner but practicing does not give best care. I have seen all the reviews for him and I can tell you the other doctors we have had are better they just don't beg for reviews as he has on the two times he gave terrible care to my pet.

I would give this place a 0 * if I could. Do yourself a favor don't take your animal to this place the secretary who speaks Russian like is very rude she speaks to you like you're a kid. She must think she's the sheriff. But long story short I've been with these people for three years and I've got treating was very rude from this lady I don't know her name but she's very poor with your animal they put a choke collar around my Bernese mountain dog and started choking him and pulling him because he didn't want to go they do not know how to handle an animal I recommend you stay away from this place if you want your dog safe my dog is scared to go to this Clinic been a Banfield in other clinics and my dog has never acted like this recommend do not bring your dog to this doctor I brought my dog in just for a rabies shot which was only supposed to be $50 and eighty bucks together making it a total of 130 bucks when I went to pick up my dog it was 500 something dollars that they didn't tell me I told him I only wanted that one shot and that I was coming back in April to get the rest but the Russian sounding secretary do not know her name made it a point to do it all because obviously she runs the show do yourself a favor go elsewhere

Had never been in before, but when my terrier was badly hurt, I ran in panicked with her wrapped in a towel. They took her , cleaned her up, saved her life, while calming me down and making the whole situation smooth as possible. Love these guys.
