I am super pleased with my experience with Jonathan! He responded quickly to communication, and had a good idea of what was wrong just from my description. As it turned out, he was right, and the price he estimated was exactly what it cost. On top of that, he had the repair done in about half an hour, which made a very busy day for me that much easier.
