Had front break pads and rotors replaced. I had taken my car into dealership for oil change and they quoted repair. I decided to have Arvada German Auto quote the repair. They gave me upfront estimates for scenarios if only the front or if front and back needed replaced. Once they saw the vehicle, they confirmed it was only the front that needed addressing. They got me in/out within the day and per the estimate. It was more reasonably priced than dealer. I’ll be going back for all future oil changes and repairs.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my husband, who has been a loyal customer of Arvada German Garage for over a decade. He wouldn’t trust his BMWs with anyone else but Mike and his team of mechanics. They always keep him updated on the status of his repairs or services in a timely manner and never try to upsell unnecessary work.
Last year, after having some minor repairs done, my husband noticed a few scratches on his BMW that hadn’t been there before. He mentioned it to the front desk associate, who promptly informed Mike. Without hesitation, Mike provided the address of a nearby body shop and assured my husband that he would cover all costs. True to his word, the car was fixed, and the entire process was handled smoothly.
This is what truly sets Mike and Arvada German Garage apart from other car repair shops—while many places might argue or shift blame, Mike took responsibility and resolved the issue without any hassle. Today, my husband went back for an oil change, and as always, the service was impeccable.

I trust them completely: if they say it needs to be done, I know it needs to be done, and if they say it can wait, they’ll explain the pros and cons of waiting in a way I can understand. The work is well done and the pricing is transparent and fair. Things aren’t always perfect at any garage, but that trust allows me to sleep even when things aren’t perfect, knowing that they want it to be right.

Couldn't ever get a call back on updates. 1990 corvette, had a shake in the steering.They did mention new shocks and maybe tie rods and alignment. Finally took it to another shop. Shocks were good tie rods were ok. Come to find out it was a loose pin in the steering column.

This place was great, they got my car in right away for an alignment, communicated everything they were doing to the car and the price was better than other specialty german car shops. Super easy service and the guys were very nice.

No one else on the West side of Denver metro I would trust with my Porsche. Second German vehicle I've had with them, won't be the last.
