They could not explain clearly location of products in store, directed me to 3 different staff members when I just wanted to give up and go. Also smells awful.

I order delivery from here at least once a week, sometimes more. They offered a product on their site that they do not have in stock. Instead of apologizing and offering to comp me the difference (upgrade to 10yr Port), they would rather not have my business. I would assume that I’m a good customer and would have earned this kind of service. Nope! That will be the last time I order from here.

Nothing special, but usually well-stocked and helpful staff! There is an increasing homeless population in this area to be aware of in the parking lots, but I would recommend this store

Prices could be better. (Barely a break when I inquired about ordering champagne by the case.) But, the owners are so very nice & the staff is always so friendly/helpful that I pass 2-3 other liquor stores to come here. Everyone's gotta make a living. I avoid the big box/discount chain stores so, it is what it is.
