Bought my vacuum cleaner about 11 yrs ago, still working strong. They repair if anything goes wrong, like a belt or new hose. They are the most friendly and caring family store I have ever dealt with. Love love them. Will be buying from them again.

Excellent customer service and subject matter experts! We bought a Ricar and absolutely love it.They offer perks once you become a vacuum customer like usage of carpet cleaner(wet or dry) for free!AV also has a good selection of green cleaning products.It’s a family owned business, which I love, keep that investment local! ❤️

Absolutely the BEST place to get a vacuum. It's family owned and the staff is knowledgeable, helpful, and so friendly. Any thing you could possibly need for cleaning, they most likely have it. I will never buy a vacuum from a big box store ever! These vacuums are quality and serviceable and only slightly more than what you would pay at any big name store. Cannot recommend this place enough.

I rarely write a review but Arvada Vacuum on 58th Avenue is the best shop hands down for service, maintenance, questions anything related to vacuums. Liz and her brother Dave are incredible, both so knowledgeable and we have bought a Riccar and Sebo from them. We still have both and they are AMAZING! They are the BEST in the business and provide exceptional service every time!! Also, they sell the most incredible vacuums that far out weigh mainstream big box shops.

No questions asked exchange after purchasing a faulty battery for my Dyson Animal V8. Not only were they super helpful, but they actually had several replacement batteries in-stock and were able to help me figure out which one I needed. Great folks, good service
