Do not live here. My boyfriend lived at these apartments for multiple years and was treated so poorly when he moved out. The property manager, Tria is very rude and does not want to help. He had multiple maintenance requests that did not get fulfilled, including one where his apartment did not have hot water for weeks. When this was brought up to Tria, she said “well as far as I know, the issue is fixed”, didn’t check the property herself, and did nothing when his apartment still did not have hot water. Pretty sure that’s illegal, but moving on. The dishwasher was requested to be fixed multiple times, and for months, including up until be moved out, was still broken. When he moved out, they kept his security deposit and did not give him any reason as for why. Pretty sure that’s also illegal, or at the very least, they are required to have given him an itemized receipt of what they spent his deposit on. I’ve never met an apartment complex that treats people so poorly. This apartment complex does not care about its tenants and will try to make your experience here the worst one you could have. He ended up moving out early and paying rent on two apartments just to get away from them.Also, look at how they respond to negative google reviews. It says a lot that they move the blame onto the people unhappy with their apartments and don’t actually see anything wrong with their actions.

Recently moved in and we are happy with the location and community of residents here. Neighborhood is pleasantly quiet throughout day and our dogs love having grass to play in again. The property manager Tria has been great to work with and attentive on replying back before our move in date to satisfy our needs. Thank you!

I applied and was approved for a third floor renovated apartment. When I got my keys it ended up being a first floor unrenovated. Unfortunate but they lowered my rent and I was going to make do. I have had over ten maintenance requests closed without being fixed. Finally after throwing a fit they sent a window guy out to look at my windows that do not lock or shut they agreed to move me to a new apartment. I was given three apartment keys today for apartments that are “ready now” to my surprise the first apartment I went to had somebody living in it and the other two, well…. Check out my photos for these “renovated ready now apartments” RUN!!! The worst company I’ve ever had to deal with they need to be investigated. I could go on and on and on. Just run!!!!

This has been the worst experience I have ever had in any kind of housing situation and I worked in corporate real estate for years. The company that runs this place needs to be shut down due to many laws they are breaking. My maintenance tickets are not responded to and neither are my emails. When I call or go in to talk to staff, they are rude, unhelpful, and do not do anything to help the issues that are going on. It takes months for anything to get done, even when it is a health and safety hazard. I was told today when I called about my AC which had been out for over a week now with the weather being 80-90 degrees outside that I was not a priory as there are units that have been waiting 3-4 years to get replaced, how is that even acceptable that they push back needed and required preventable maintenance for years. If this property actually followed the protocols of building maintenance and did not wait until these things were an emergency, then they would not have over 14 units out at the same time. On top of this every time I have called and asked for a timeline of when my AC will be fixed it’s different and now I am told it will be another week. It has been 85+ degrees in my apartment for a week now and I am being told it will be even longer. After the third time they changed the time frame of fixing the issue they can now not give an eta. I have pages of documentation of the ongoing issues I have had and continue to have at this place. I have and will continue to report them to the BBB and Colorado Department of Local Affairs as this company has no business running an apartment complex. They need to do their job and stop making irrelevant excuses just so they don't have to work.

Showed up for our tour at 1pm, office had taped up a sign “we will be out office from 1215-130” no one will answer phone. We do not have time to wait we will find another apartment.

HUGE HUGE shout out to Natasha and Tria! They were simply amazing from helping with the application all the way up to move in! Was always there to help and answer any questions we may have had and still have! Both were very understanding and caring

HUGE shout out to Graciella Naparajan! I went in distraught, highly emotional, and needed something fast. Graciella was very busy, but saw how upset I was and stopped what she was doing to help me with my questions. I told her my dire situation and she immediately took me to see unit after asking me all the proper questions and got me qualified in the same day! She was very kind, considerate and caring. So very helpful and literally the nicest person I've ever dealt with when finding a new place to call home. If I could give Gaciella 10 stars I would! The unit I saw was very nice, clean and updated which I loved and I will be moving into my new apt 2 days after showing up in her office crying. Thank you Graci!!!!!!!!!!!

Just moved in and every time I've reached out they've solved issues immediately! Management is on top of things and working hard to keep things nice! Very quiet here! Love it and happy I chose here!

Bad bad bad! Expect water leaks and mold throughout your apartment because the entire building is leaking into the walls.

This place is despicable and needs to be investigated. They don't fix anything. When we moved in the closet doors were not on and there was an old washer left in it and most the outlets are unusable. We reported it nothing happened so we had to take it out ourselves and the closet doors are still not on. Our heat doesn't work properly someone came by and never fixed it. We can't change the temperature of our shower, and their laundry machines never work. They tried charging us heat through them which we went down there to prove we paid through excel and they said they would get back to us and never did. Just recently we got our rent statement with 1500 dollars over what we pay. They said it was for security deposit which we paid in the beginning and we have lived here for seven months. The court yard is trashed but if you leave a trash bag out to take out when you leave they will fine you. Everyone I talk to who lives here hates it. Stay clear.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life living in these apartments. I was waiting on my house to be built and just wanted a small affordable apartment, so I signed a short term lease at Arvada Village Apartments. Upon move in things were broken and dirty. Absolutely no maintenance requests were answered nor fixed. Then to top off everything the stole my deposit. This complex and management are a complete rip off, I would highly recommand not renting from this shady complex.

This place is awful don’t t take a risk and sign a lease here as of today January 30th 2023 already off to a bad start my water has been off ALL day and still even off now 10:48 PM as i write this review i have a dog and I’ve had to make several trips to the gas station to give her water and i work a filthy job and haven’t been able to shower washing cloths here is impossible and my apartment flooding leaks i have mountains of evidence and video tapes of maintenance saying things about the office and not doing their job theirs a homeless problem in this area and and cars get broken into amd stolen this place has become very ghetto in the past 3 years and under this new management

Once you sign that lease they don’t care about you. The management is horrible. If something breaks just be prepared to wait 3 months before they do anything. The leasing office employees don’t care about you or your problems living here. They literally keep a sign that says “come in we’re open” with the door locked…Also can’t be bothered to even let the residents know about problems with amenities, renovations, or any upcoming events. So if you wanna feel unheard and lied to this is the place for you.
