I had my shocks replace along with breaks and calipers Tire rotation on my lifted truck these guys did a great job spend a pretty penny but you get what you pay for nothing is cheap nowadays and I’m ok with paying for a great service with a good warranty thanks guys you rock you did a solid job I will definitely come back

UPDATE: Just had the hub actuators, 4wd solenoid, and wheel hub replaced. These folks were very helpful and did a great job. They also cleaned the throttle body and the vehicle is running like new! 06/08/2023.What a fantastic experience! This is family owned and they take great pride in their work. I came in for an alignment and they diagnosed underlying issues that were causing that bad alignment including worn ball joints and tie rods on my F150. They also serviced my A/C and it is blowing cold once again. I highly recommend this shop.

I have given this guy two opportunities to be an honest person. The first time I took my daughter's jeep grand Cherokee in for replacement of a/c condenser. Quoted me $1000, researched the part and YouTubed how to do it , it cost me $150 and 2 hours of my time. When I confronted the front desk lady about it she said that's what the book says! ??? The second time I took my 2014 Ford Taurus in for an alignment, simple enough. He said he couldn't align the vehicle because the back lateral arms were shot! (Tie rods) wanted to charge me $700 for the repair. I bought mid grade tie rods on rock auto shipped for $80 and it took me less than an hour to change them both out, four bolts! That's it! and that was with no specialized equipment, no hydraulic floor lift, no pneumatic tools, old school, floor jack, jack stand and manual ratchet! Which means he could have done it in a half hour or less! No I understand that there are people that aren't capable of doing there own repairs, nonetheless I would recommend you find a different mechanic!

Went there based on reviews, no real issues with the quality of the work, however feel they charged excessively, example I was charged $450 for a part that they had to get from the dealer yet when I researched the same part I found I could get it for $200 from the dealer myself. I should pushed for an in writing quote but was dealing with some other issues so just went with it and paid at or above what a dealer would charge me.Service: Auto maintenance

I want to thank this honest shop for taking the time to overlook and noticing the issues with my car. After more research its been deemed a moving violation and leaving me to not be able to sell the car. The staff were very professional and kind. I dropped my car off not knowing what was wrong, and within 2 hours got a phone call clearly stating the issue, how I'd get it fixed, and associated costs. Very reasonable prices, too.

We lived in Arvada and this was our go to auto service company. I like that they were not just selling services that were not really needed. We moved to Littleton and we went to a local shop. They had a few things that they were recommending and their pricing seemed high. I called Arvada West Auto & Truck, Their pricing was way lower. Looks like we will make the trip to Arvada when we need the cars worked on.Service: Auto maintenance

I was referred to Arvada West Auto by Advanced Transmissions (they are a good place too!). My 2001 Honda CRV has had intermittent transmission issues. The guys I worked with - Rich, Dan, Jeff - have been extremely trustworthy, helpful and responsive. After a fair amount of time (which I had no problem with at all) trying to resolve the issue, they were able to pinpoint the problem and recommend what could be done going forward. I'm extremely impressed at the amount of time they spent trying to diagnose the issue, and how communicative they were. I would trust them with any of our vehicles, which I now plan to do as they will be our go-to mechanics. They also fixed an aggravating tailgate latch issue on our Honda Ridgeline, for nothing! How impressive. Thanks especially to Rich for doing everything possible to resolve this issue. I highly recommend Arvada West Auto & Truck for their skills, honesty, and integrity. I give them 2 stars because they did what they could to diagnose my truck codes and were able to detect that the ECM was malfunctioning and needed replacement. However, they're quote for the repair and the price of the ECM were scandalous. They were gonna charge me $300 to program the ECM that is already pre-programmed. And they said that if I pay a deposit of $1200 they can get the ball rolling and I'll just owe another $1700. That seemed fair until I found out that the ECM only costs $1200.They almost got away with it but am smart enough to use my resources. I can't trust this company anymore and will never call on them nor recommend them to anyone ever again.

I'm afraid to leave my personal information because I'm scared that the male owner will retaliate. He is nothing but a bully. This place cost me my life savings and did NOT fix the problem. I have heard from family that they continue to decieve and swindle customers. Do not go here!!! Heed my warning if you don't want to be put in financial ruin. This place is awful.
