Well, I rented a tool and it worked great on the top part, but on the lower part, it's the wrong set. I'm doing my ball joints. First off, im no mechanic so this "project" has been a nightmare... So yeah, now I get to ride the bus back there in the am and switch out for the proper one. I already walked around to see if I could find something that I could make work. It pisses me off. They should know to make sure it'll work for your car or not. But who got time for that!!

Corporate, I need you to do something really, really nice for PHIL and his team this holiday season! 🙏
I rolled in on a busy Sunday and my car died in the lot. Phil replaced my battery and made sure I was ready to go for a long drive home. You can tell that he is genuinely a nice person and takes pride in his work & team. This is a level of care that you don’t see anymore and I’m so grateful our paths crossed. As long as Phil is steering the ship, this is the only auto parts store my family will be going to. Thank you, Phil!

I can't say enough great things about Phil A. and his team! This morning, I visited the store to pick up tire gauges for an Automotive Maintenance 101 class I’m teaching to high school students. Phil went above and beyond by not only answering all of my questions but also providing detailed information that will significantly enhance my instruction. He even confirmed the specifics of my vehicle, shared some invaluable tips I hadn't considered, and gave me insights I can pass along to my students. His expertise and willingness to help made all the difference, and I’m grateful for the outstanding customer service!
