Robin and Cory were super helpful when my car key fob battery died. Not only did they point me in the right direction and inform me of the battery I needed for the fob, but took it apart and put it back together for me in a jiffy. Truly kind and nice people. Will be back for future car needs.

Our check engine light was on and it was apparently running lean due to the high altitude (we live probably 500 ft above sea level) and extremely cold temperatures. Stork clerk saved us probably over $6,000 in unnecessary repairs that another mechanic quoted us with just $5 worth of fuel cleaner.

I suggest to call ahead if you need your batteries replaced. They are fast and quick to get the sale but not helpful on the service side. I was told he was to short staffed to help install the new battery( Although there was a gentleman outside helping another customer, I would have waited). He then told me to go over to jiffy lube down the street to get it installed no charge. The team down the street was quick and professional but there was indeed a battery install charge. This was very poor customer service and should be addressed.

I've been to this Auto Zone any number of times, and have typically had positive experiences, so any time I have to get items for my car I stop here.
Today, I'm incredibly grateful I did! I was tired and stressed out over an issue I encountered with my car. The employees on staff, Cam and Drew, both went out of their way to help me figure out the solution (and supplies) I needed.
I'll definitely be. going back this location,

Passing through Denver we needed some service on our car. Stopped at this Autozone for parts. Tim was super helpful finding our parts and recommending a location for service. Really great Autozone and very helpful staff.

All able mechanics most likely dont mind this location... but if you are looking for help with your car and dont exactly know what you are doing or what you need, this is probably not the place for you. I'm barely a YouTube mechanic, but I can still get stuff done on my own if I have the right equipment. So today, a part I ordered online arrived and I was eagerly awaiting this package so that I could get my vehicle up and running again only to find out that it is not quite the right part. Barely noticeable difference, but different all the same... so of course I take it to my local AutoZone to see how we can resolve this and get me the correct part. After explaining the situation and showing the clerk the parts together and how they're different, he proceeds to tell me he can check to see if they have the right part and if not maybe get me a refund. (I'm glad I got the refund because "maybe" shouldn't have been part of that sentence) Then after checking the computer, he let's me know they don't have the part and that I should probably try Napa or Amazon. Needless to say I'm quite disappointed by the service I've received so far, only to get home and find online that they have THE EXACT PART I've been looking for AT THEIR LOCATION!!!

I've been coming here for 20 years. The new manager Kurt is a real piece of garbage.
He "lost" my oil pan that we left to drain for an hour. And when a customer who didn't speak English came in for parts Kurt was very disrespectful and would not put in the slightest effort to accommodate the gentleman.
The other guy working at the store was so busy trying to upsell me and get as much money as he could, it was annoying as heck when I told him exactly what I need he waisted so much time trying to sell me anything but what I asked for.
It's a shame autozone would put guys like Kurt in charge of a store like this. It's a bad look for auto zone and makes me want to go to a diferent business instead.
