Joseph, Tim, and Gabe helped me out and are amazing, super kind, intelligent, and funny guys! Got a battery about a month ago and my car is running amazing! They helped me out big time when I needed a new battery for my 05 Chevy cavalier coupe! Outstanding store and workers and I can not thank them enough! I am highly grateful for them!

Customer service was above and beyond at this store location! Jake, the manager, took the time to change out my headlights on a cold evening. He is very knowledgeable and ensured my headlights were replaced correctly even though they turned out to be somewhat challenging. His customer service far exceeded my expectations, and I will undoubtedly be back to support this business.

AMAZING service! Jake, saved my day by helping me get my generators working for my food truck. He went above and beyond to make sure he got them running while also balancing his staff and other customers as they arrived. He has earned my business for sure!

Jake, the store manager, is a blessing! I was stranded in the parking lot of this Auto Zone with a trailer wiring short. Jake took the time to help me locate the short and was very knowledgeable. Even lent me his flashlight to use! Highly recommend the customer service here! Thank you, again!!

Called to confirm inventory for an air filter. Showed up to get it and their inventory was wrong. Rep said he pulled it for me but that was obviously a lie. I hate Amazon but I hate this incompetence even more.

Went into the store just to have battery checked as it was recommended from the mechanic to replace. Turned out the battery was bad and still under warranty. Jake took incredible care of swapping out the battery and taking the time to do it the right way. I appreciate the honesty and your time on this. Keep up the good work Jake and I’ll be coming back for sure

My battery on my Jeep Wrangler went kaputz and I called Autozone and not only did they have a battery they also installed it for me for NO labor charge. Store Manager Jake insisted on putting it in for me and he and his staff were super friendly. Great place for your auto needs 👍

Stores like this are why Amazon is flourishing. Grabbed some brake fluid and went to the counter. Employee had his register already open for another customer who was still looking for things. He finally took me to another register when the other customer showed up. Employee muttered "hang on" and went to help that other customer. I waited a minute and walked out. I found the brake fluid at the Ace just down the street.
