The workers “helping” us out were completely full of themselves ignoring what we said when we first came in and described what we were looking for (a back windshield wiper). They pulled up the incorrect item(front windshield wipers) and I said I’m actually looking for this item(back windshield wipers). To which one worker made a snarky comment of, “make sure you tell us that next time” when we had already said exactly what we needed. If you need anything car related, go elsewhere.

Disgusting! I'm in the parking lot in the front of the door at 6:30 a.m. waiting for them to open( on my way to work) so I can get a battery and othe misc parts , and the employees call the cops on me!! I of course i was not charged with anything and even the officer seemed a little confused why they were calling them and their reply was one of the passengers was sleeping ?....So what?????? I'm in a truck and trailer full of tools, so it's obvious why I'm there BUT REGARDLESS, EVEN IF THAT WAS SOMEHOW A "CRIME", WHY WOULDN'T THE "KAREN " WHO CALLED THE COPS, MAYBE COME YO MY WINDOW AND JUST ASK ME IF I NEEDED SOMETHING?????AT THE VERY LEAST, THIS IS A WEAK ,PATHETIC "KAREN" MOVE, AND MOST PEOPLE WOULD CONSTRUE THIS AS A TYPE OF PROFILING EFFORT THAT IS NOT ONLY LIABLE FOR A LAW SUIT, BUT JUST AN EFFORT TO BE A TOTAL JUDGEMENTAL / PREJUDICE " KAREN " TYPE OF ACTION...WEAK, LAME, OR LIABLE,AUTOZONE WILL NEVER GET A PENNY OF MY MONEY. EVER!!!!!!GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ?!!!!DONT YOU GUYS HIRE DECENT EMPLOYEES ANYMORE? MAYBE YOU SHOULD PAY A LITTLE BETTER WAGES TO ATTRACT A HIGHER CALIBER OF EMPLOYEES!!

It was ok this last trip to Walmart. Because I found all the items that I was looking for pretty quickly. Unlike many other times when the items were in places, I wouldn't think to find them. Or moved to a different Ile for seasonal stock to fit somewhere.

What a great visit. Brian was over the top helpful, and great company. He was helping customers, answering phones, grabbing windshield wipers and other parts from back stock, checking customers "check engine" lights. The whole time I felt well taken care of, as well as the other customers. Definitely a great visit, and super helpfully professionals.

I generally used to enjoy this store over the years, Ive dealt with two main managers one I forget the name of maybe a bob but he recently left not too many months ago, and their is russ.Russ is a fine fellow, on some days. What I understand from each and every experience I've ever had with russ is a rude one. He does his job like any other employee except in a few respects. Now mind you, I watch over his transactions feverishly as to make sure I get the same experience, as the customer before me. Bob (for lack of name) used to go above and beyond, asking me extra questions about what the possibilities of my problem could be, and different solutions, and he would even joke around YES JOKE. I cannot seem to find one joking bone in russ body but first and foremost I cannot get the help I need from russ, and I mean come on we all have to live a little. We all have to work, all need to behave with the right manners, never have I as a customer felt as unwanted to be in a store as any other customer. Today it was my last straw, I can understand taking a phone call, to put them on temporary hold, yet it seems WHENEVER I am being taken care of by russ, and when there is someone else near the counter, an employee, a cutomer or a call, I am the second person to be helped when I am the one AT the counter. As an example, from taking the phone call, russ went through an entire problem solution inspection with the caller, and helped them, for 4 minutes before he talked to me again. There needs to be a better fluid method of treating and acting toward the customer. I will be using another autozone in hopes this behavior changes with him, the other employees are not mad or grumpy and are great.

Every time I’ve interacted with Russ or his team, they’ve been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. They’d even offer putting oil or windshield fluid in while I didn’t know how to open my trunk. Don’t hesitate to shop at Arvada location.
