I walked in to my local branch to get some business done and dealt with the bank associate Joe Marchese. Joe was extremely rude and unprofessional. So much so that I will be closing my accounts with BoA and moving across the street to Chase. I have been banking with BoA for over 20 years and I won’t give my business to bank that treats their customers like that. Joe Marchese should be fired for the way he treats customers.

Best experience I have had with Bank of America! I started working with Joe and he did everything in his power to help me. Aurora had to step in and help as well, and let me tell you... I would not still have my accounts with them if it wasn't for her. Thank you all so much for stepping up and helping me when other branches couldn't I owe you both lunch.

**To: Mrs. Aurora**I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received at the Bank of America branch located at 5830 Independence st, Arvada, CO 80002 on September 7, 2023.I was stranded and my Bank of America card was not working. I called Bank of America's corporate office and was told that I needed to go to a branch to change my PIN. I went to the Arvada branch at 1:10 PM and was denied service by you.You refused to accept my valid state driver's license from the myColorado app. I explained to you that I was stranded and had been told to come to the branch by Bank of America's corporate office. You were not interested in listening to my explanation.I called Bank of America's corporate office again and spoke to a different representative. This representative explained that it was up to the discretion of the teller whether or not to accept the myColorado app as a form of identification. He also said that he would not be able to change my PIN over the phone and that I would need to go to a branch.I took my phone back to you and told you that I had corporate on the phone and that they wanted to speak to you. You refused to speak to them and said that you were not helping me. The representative on the phone could hear you and apologized profusely. He said that he would write a complaint, but that there was nothing he could do at that point.I am extremely disappointed with the way that I was treated by you. Your behavior was unkind, unprofessional, and unacceptable. I will be closing my accounts with Bank of America and I recommend that you be removed from your job.

It's with ZERO surprise that this place has terriable reviews!!! Because of this branch, I will no long bank with BOAThe bank teller named AURORA probably shouldn't work with the general public as she was absolutely horrible.We had issues with our debit card all day (it just wasn't working). We had a sick kiddo in the car, we were in quite the jam with car troubles and needed access to our funds. We went to the nearest branch in order to sort things out to get the luxury of using OUR money.AURORA refused to help my husband. She refused his COLORADO digital ID. (The colorado digital IDs are considered a government form of id in the state of colorado starting in oct. 2019). He then told her he had a physical one but its expired and is waiting on the new one. We'll, she still refused. He stepped outside called the cooperate line and they said if she takes the phone they can confirm it is him. We'll, guess what, she refused to take the phone. Told him he can go to another branch.She just refused to help. But for what reason, I wonder? She wasn't busy, she could have just seen what she could have done to help. But nothing.To say I was frustrated is in understatement. We can't use our money, we can't get help from AURORA who is there to help customers!!!! When I entered the building to get her name so I can file a formal complaint, I was meet by a man who wouldn't give me her name though I asked 3 times. He just said why. Not until she stuck her head out, yelled out her name and told me to have a good day. She deserves to be fired. She was cocky, unhelpful, and I'm sure had bias. What a sad little human she has to be in order to dismiss someone who was pleading for her to help. What a loser, to say, go to another branch. What a failure! She has one job and that's to help customers. He had a valid form of id that you choose not to take. The person on the phone from BOA was shocked she refused to take the phone or help. He also filed a complaint on her. Oh and he said they accepted the digital ID.

The kids running this place need to be upgraded. I went in to make a withdrawal and the manager said the only teller is at lunch, come back in 20. I came back in 45. He said there were no tellers it's been like 45 min.....

Terrible bank. Cashier window never open. Bunch of ppl there doing nothing. You go there and can't even pull money out...banking at BOA has gotten steadily worse and worse over the past 4 years and I've been a 30+ year customer here

I don’t know really where to start. I guess the good thing is that this BofA is really no worse than any other. BofA is it really a bank anymore. Just a website with no customer service or human interaction.

Asked a couple questions about getting foreign currency in hand for a trip. They told me to come back in if I need to get it changed back over after my trip. Come back to do so and was told they do not do this. Wild to me this location is even open paying employee wages for the little they actually do. Anytime I’m ever inside speaking to a human they ask me so many questions about my personal banking /life. Location seems useless after the lies.

Took about 35 minutes to cash a check.Nobody ahead of me for a teller.Brian the banker twice told me somebody would help me then hid in somebody else's office because his was visible from the waiting area and he wasn't doing anything.2 women who both claimed to be managers AND tellers (but not bankers) finally helped me when I got bored and started wandering around.Not until then.Then, to top it off she charged me $8 to cash the check, refused to give me any kind of receipt, then acted like I was the j*** for asking and getting frustrated when she refused.I'm not convinced she didn't pocket the money.2 stars only because I got most of my money

Walked in without an appointment and was immediately greeted by Liam asking how he could help. I was in and out in five minutes with what I needed! Despite other reviews - there are (2) ATMs inside the entry... Thanks Liam!

this branch doesnt even have a lobby- you walk in and feel stupid- and then proceed to wait atleast 30-60 minutes before getting menial help with basic banking stuff- bank of america why is your denver-proper game so weak…

A big thank you to Joseph and branch manager Elizabeth for helping me in-person with a credit card auto payment issue. I was getting nowhere with the over-the-phone customer service team and Joseph called in on my behalf, got one of their customer service managers involved, and helped me get my issue looked at further and mostly resolved. Joseph was extremely kind and calming and professional and really went to bat for me. I would have posted this sooner but I temporarily misplaced his business card— thanks again! I recommend this branch and appreciated their level of customer service!

More than 20 mins wait to deposit cash in a bank! I was asked to wait cause "someone will be with me shortly" but it's been a while and the offices are bare save one person who tried to give me information. No one knows when the staff will be back. May have helped to just know it will take X amount of time instead of being asked to wait.

came in to take out a liltle over $1000 in cash, a would be 2min transaction and they told me i had to wait for 20 mins and the manger wouldn’t help me, went to US bank across the a street and got served promptly.
