I used to have an account with very friendly Compass Bank. When they taken over by PNC, they closed the wonderful branch I used for a decade and now I'm sitting on hold for more than 20 mins (well I can't tell you how long they keep saying it more than 20 mins to speak to someone and no-one has answered yet).

The hours listed say this branch’s drive-up banking is open until 6pm. I drove by at 5:30pm today when I got off work and everything was completely closed and not a person in sight.

Poorest excuse for a bank imaginable. Marcus Greene was the worst bank employee I’ve ever dealt with. Would not close my account, would not issue a new debit card, and then mailed my new debit card to the wrong address. 2 weeks later I still have no access to my account. Idiots like this should be stocking shelves or plunging toilets.

Very disappointed in this branch. My husband and I had an appointment with Amber at 10:00 a.m. this morning and we were totally blown off. was greeted by security guard who told us the branch was temporarily closed & Amber wasn't even there. Branch manager couldn't even help us. we had planned on moving our money from a different bank over to BBVA.....we will definitely keep our money where it is now. Do not give these people the time of day! Terrible customer service!!!!

I am very unhappy with this bank as I had a problem with my account and no one tried to contact me further about it. I went in to get help and they were more interested in making money off the fees the bank charges you then keeping my business. The account somehow managed to drop below $20 below and they allowed the account to run $-600 and zero effort to contact me. I had to find out myself one day going in and the charge was a mistake to begin with! I handled the accidental charge amount with the company that accidentally ran it but the bank still wanted all the money they charged me or they wanted the people who accidentally charged me to take on the cost. The company refused to pay the $600 amount in bank fees the bank tried to hols on me. I went in He said he would try to get it handled and said he'd submit an appeal but really it was just submitted to a collections office. Zero communication with me about the issue. I don't appreciate not being clued in about the situation at all and I have been banking with this bank over 10 years. I asked for an update. I logged into my account and there was no negative balance thinking everything was handled... i got the debt letter in the mail today. I am Very disappointed and feel this banker only cared about making the bank money with the fees they charged reoccurring instead of resolving an issue or at least openly and honestly communicating the issue with me. Very bummed. I will be closing my account at this location 64th indiana. I Dont mind paying the debted amount but it should never have gotten here or been handled like that. Watch your accounts closely because they want to find a way to sneak you into hundreds of dollars if they have a chance without notifying you. Also turn notifications for email on. I didn't and I was well taken advantage of because of it. Be careful with this.

I called this location to solve a complicated problem of finding some old paperwork that online and 1-800 attempts fell short. Madison was able to resolve the issue quickly and professionally saving further frustration.

Tried the BBVA on Ralston waited a long time to try to open an account, walked out. Came over to the Westwood branch in Arvada within 10 minutes I had an account and Briana was very helpful. Sounds like they do everything I need a bank to do at no charge.
