I came in concerned about switching my dog to grain free food to address allergy issues. My concerns were addressed the lady at the store recommended adding taurine to my dogs diet which addressed all my concerns about the switch!

Great, friendly & knowledgable staff; products for your pets that are MUCH higher quality than the big box stores; a bit hard to see/find as there's no big signage on the street so I'm thankful I saw them one day because I love this store!

I shopped at Chuck & Don's Pet Food and Supplies based on the overwhelming recommendations from neighbors on NextDoor. I wasn't disappointed. I explained my dog's issues and told the customer rep what dog food my dog was on. She explained the marketing used by my high-end current dog food and recommended a limited ingredient dog food that works great with my dog. Bog my dogs will be on it from now on. It's great that you can get a discount if you order online and pickup. AWESOME!

when I walked in was not greeted. only male customers were greeted. my dog was just diagnosed with cancer and dementia. she is on a very strict dirt. the lady in the store argued with me and told me my veterinarian was a lier and it was not true what I should feed her.
